“…The crowds wanted to know what work they had to do to obtain the ‘bread’ (or meat) which Jesus could give. The answer was very simple. They were to, ‘Believe in Him Whom God had sent’ – the Lord Jesus.
Bread is easy to eat, but it is useless if not eaten. It will not do any good if we just stare at the loaf. Just as we have to EAT bread for it to do us any good, so we have to come personally to Jesus believing that He loved us and died for us, and ask Him to forgive us and make us His children…
We have heard about two kinds of bread. Which will you spend your life working for? Some further lessons from bread:
(1) Bread is a BASIC food. In olden times, before anything else was bought for the family’s food, bread was acquired (or made). So, if anyone is to be a complete person, the Bread of Life (the Lord Jesus) must come before anything else. The search to find Him must be regarded as more important than our career, marriage, home, etc.
(2) Bread is necessary EVERY DAY. Real Christians receive the help and blessing of the Saviour every single day. They pray, read God’s Word, and so experience the unmistakable help of the Lord every day without exception.
(3) Bread BUILDS UP the body…people who draw on the Lord Jesus are built up in their understanding of God and of life, and develop deeper, stronger characters.
(4) Bread provides ENERGY also. Christians are given by Christ happiness and great motivation for life. They receive strength to overcome temptation, to cope with life’s stresses and strains, and to tell others about the Lord.
(5) Bread is comparatively cheap and suits everyone. Conversion to Christ is for all – rich or poor, wise or simple, old or young. The Bread of Life – the Lord – will receive and bless all who sincerely come to Him for pardon and life.”

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
