“Then GOD SAID, “let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters”– Genesis 1:6
Clarity of Vision, Detailed Planning, and Decisiveness are vital aspects of the CALL to a LIFE of IMPACT: “Then GOD SAID, “let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters” (Gen.1:6). God filled each Day of Creation with positive, creative words, corresponding actions, and definite callings. First, He SAID, then He MADE the firmament, encoding within it, instructions for its ongoing growth: “Let it divide the waters from the waters.” Even so, nothing was left nameless! God gave specific Identity to every element in creation: “And God CALLED the firmament Heaven...and GOD CALLED the dry land Earth, and the gathering together of the waters He CALLED Seas...” (vv.8-10). The purpose of each created component is in its IDENTITY: What it is CALLED to be or to become!
The Life of Impact is a Calling to BE and to BECOME, followed by DOING; a privilege to partner with the Lord God in His continuing work of creation. We were created and fashioned in the Image and Likeness of God, and now by Redemption, we’re CALLED to be Sons of God: “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to BECOME children of God, to those who believe in His name” (Jh.1:12). Our Call to a Life of Impact is part of the divinely ordained process of BECOMING – “for whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son...” (Rom.8:29). We were designed for Dominion and are being trained and transformed for the throne!
The Life of God-glorifying Impact demands the Vision and Decisiveness to add value to creation. Making Impact is about affecting our world positively: being a plus not a minus, a multiplier not a divider, a contributor not a detractor, a provider not a parasite, an asset not a liability, a sharer not a beggar, a producer more than a consumer, and a solution rather than part of the problem. In adding value, every decision the Lord made to change the situation positively, was followed through. Nothing happens in life until we decide what we want. John Maxwell says, “Life is a matter of choices, and every choice you make makes you.” Making Impact is more by choice than by chance.
Decisiveness is a virtue of the Impactful. Decision stems from purpose. Decision is commitment to purpose. Once purpose is established, decision must follow. Life is a collection of decisions, which define our habits, character, and associations. Impact derives from making the decisions to pursue our goals, dreams and visions, which then gives birth to plans, schemes and strategies; and determines priorities, attitudes, and actions. The decision is like a cockcrow, which announces the dawn of success, and sets up a supernatural force field that attracts all the necessary elements that produce Impact.

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
