COVENANT OF DISTINCTION

And the LORD will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them – Deuteronomy 28:13

God created you for dominion. He designed you for DISTINCTION (Gen.1:26-28). God’s Covenant of Distinction is available for everyone who believes. Even nature confirms this. Among the more than six billion human beings on earth, no two individuals have exactly the same identity! Everyone was created distinct. It is the devil that tries to turn human beings into mere numbers, packing them together as “masses”! The LORD knows every human being by name: “But the very hairs of your head are all numbered” (Mt.10:30).

Beloved, God never planned for anyone to be a loser or a failure in life. You were born to win and to become God’s best. You were ordained to be a Champion, a Pace-setter, a Trail-blazer, a Victor, and the best that God would have you be. You can choose to enter into His Plan of Distinction ordained for you, or remain a mediocre in destiny. Dynamism – mastery over indecision, procrastination and lethargy – is a vital requirement for distinction in life. A major difference between achievers and non-achievers is the ability to follow decisions with actions, without delay or distractions.

Deuteronomy 28:1-14 highlights the wide array of God’s Covenant blessings upon His people and the conditions attached. Isaiah 60:1-3 also prophesies Divine Distinction upon us in the midst of a dark and decaying world. Jehovah’s agenda is our elevation to heights of dignity, excellence, and glory! May we never fall short of our ordained positions in destiny!

As you join me in meditating on the Covenant of Distinction, let these be your prophetic proclamation:

In Jesus precious name I declare:

I was designed for distinction and I will fully fulfil destiny.

I was born to be God’s Best and to be a Winner-on-the Way.

God’s Hand upon my life guarantees my distinction.

I am an eternal excellence and a joy of many generations.

I am a solution to my generation, not a problem.

I am an asset to my location, not a liability.

I am a trail-blazer and pace-setter everywhere I go.

I will never be a back-bencher in the schemes of life.

I refuse to be part of the world’s decay and degeneration.

I refuse to be part of the groaning and gnashing of teeth.

I am part of the manifestation that will destroy corruption.

I am part of the Answer and the Solution to the world’s situation.

I am a Citizen of Zion – humanity’s last hope.

I will shine like a Star amidst the world’s darkest hour.

I will always be a victor, never a victim in life.

I am a champion – never the defeated – in the battles of life.

I will triumph in all of life’s trials and tribulations.

I praise You LORD, the Guarantor of my Covenant of Distinction!
