Bible Meditation:
Gen. 45:1-16

You shall increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side – Psalm 71:21

GOD is GREAT! He is the Greatest!! He made Man in His Image and Likeness – with the Seed of Greatness. Sin came to demote humanity from greatness into littleness, but the Righteousness of our LORD Jesus Christ has restored the Covenant of Greatness to redeemed humanity. If some Old Testament saints could partake of and walk in the Covenant of Greatness, there is no excuse for any New Testament believer. Why? Because our faith is founded on better promises: “But now has He obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also the mediator of a BETTER COVENANT, which was established upon BETTER PROMISES” (Heb.8:6).

God assured Abraham, the father of faith: “I will make you a GREAT nation; I will bless you and make your name GREAT…” (Gen.12:2). Jabez’ prayer – “Enlarge my coast” – was a Plea for Greatness to manifest. Jabez wrestled in prayers against evil forces that tried to keep him imprisoned in penury; God answered him (1Chr.4:9-10). The Psalmist also declared: “You shall increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side” (Psa.71:21). We serve the LORD who can turn stumbling blocks into stepping stones to Greatness and Glory. He did it for Jabez and for Joseph. He’ll do it for you!

God gave Joseph the Vision of Greatness and posterity for his larger family (Gen.37:5-11). The young man held unto the Vision tenaciously, from the pit, through Potiphar’s house and the prison, until he was exalted in the Palace (Gen.45:8). The seed of greatness finally came into fruition. God is not a respecter of persons; He only honours His Covenant Word. Job 8:7 assures “Though your beginning was small, yet your latter end would increase abundantly.

Beloved, you must believe that God’s SEED of GREATNESS is already in you. But you must be willing and ready to nurture it into maturity and manifestation; and to pay the price of humility and diligence. Humility is the pedestal to greatness: Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up” (Jam.4:10). Diligence secures you in greatness: “Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before unknown men” (Pro.22:29). Get set to march into Greatness. It is your covenant privilege!

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
