For I will restore HEALTH to you and HEAL you of your wounds,’ says the Lord… – Jeremiah 30:17a
COVENANT HEALTH is a vital part of the Believer’s Inheritance in Christ. Health and Healing are central in the Will of God. John expressed the Father’s Heart when he prayed: “Beloved, I pray that you may PROSPER in all things and be in HEALTH, just as your soul prospers” (3 John 2). Although this sin-soaked is filled with diseases, infirmities and sicknesses, God’s Word is full of covenant promises of health. At individual, family, communal, national, and global levels, daily life is littered with diverse diseases and sicknesses, but God has purposed that His children be blessed with sound health in a sound mind and adequate well-being.
Sin, through disobedience, is the ultimate cause of diseases (Dt.28: 22, 27- 28). The Lord Jesus Christ and His apostles often linked sickness with sin: “When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven you” (Mk.2:5). James exhorted: “Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven (Jam.5:14-15). Psalm 103:3 also linked the two: “Who forgives all your INIQUITIES, Who heals all your DISEASES.”
Satan is the Oppressor and the author of afflictions; God is the Source and Supplier of Health and Healing: “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth withthe Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and HEALING all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him” (Acts 10:38). Every form of sickness or disease known to man was embedded in the “curse of the law” (Dt.28:15-62; Gal.3:13). Satan works through demons who seek bodies to live in; but Christ has empowered believers to cast out demons in His Name (Mk.16:17). Healing is in the atonement and in Christ’s redemption package: “...by whose stripes you were healed” (1Pet.2:24). Although Jesus paid for our healing, we need to reach out and embrace what Jesus did for us by faith!
All honest physicians claim only the power to care and alleviate suffering, not to cure or heal. Being a part of the curse, the true remedy for diseases is the CROSS of Christ! Jesus went to the cross, spirit, soul, and body, to redeem man – spirit, soul, and body. The Cross is the centre of the redemption plan. However, Faith in the finished work of Christ and in the revealed Will of God is fundamental to health and healing. Until we know that God’s Will is our Health and healing, there is nothing to base our faith on. Healing is God’s Will, accessible primarily by faith (Rom.10:17; 3Jh.2). For us to have steadfast faith for bodily healing, we must get rid of doubt concerning God’s Will in the matter. The power of God can be claimed only where the Will of God is known.
Faith is based on knowing what God’s Will is. Healing is part of the harvest from the seed of God’s Word. Knowing, believing and trusting that it is His will to heal infers that the “seed” is planted in our heart. It must remain planted and watered to produce a harvest. There must be no doubt about what God’s Will is: He who forgives all...also heals all... Our attitude toward sickness should bethe same as your attitude toward sin! We must know and stand upon the Word of God in definite terms: “He sent HIS WORD and HEALED them, and delivered them from their destructions” (Psa.107:20). God’s Word is the Healing Word!
The Word of God is the practical medium for Covenant Health and Healing. The Word – heard, received, and believed – is health to our being: “My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those who find them, and HEALTH to all their flesh” (Pro.4:20-22).

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
