Bible Meditation:
Jeremiah 29: 10-14

"And you will SEEK ME and FIND ME, when you SEARCH for ME with ALL YOUR HEART” – Jeremiah 29:13

Seeking God with all our heart is a major key to developing DEEPER DIVINE INTIMACY: “Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will SEEK ME and FIND ME, when you SEARCH for ME with ALL YOUR HEART” (Jer.29:12-13). Intimacy with God requires a deep and meaningful relationship with God that goes beyond mere knowledge of Him. God promises that when we call upon Him, pray to Him, and seek Him with all our hearts, He will hear us and we will find Him and enjoy deeper Intimacy with Him.

God’s people were being held as prisoners in Babylon. They must have felt confused and uncertain as to why God had not delivered them. Perhaps they questioned why their prayers for freedom seemed to go unanswered. But God was at work on their behalf, to perform His good word in restoring them. Whatever our challenges, God is available. He wants to help us, be with us, comfort and direct us. But we are told to seek Him with all our hearts, and we will find Him. This is not just a general statement, but a definite assurance of God’s responsiveness to our sincere and wholehearted pursuit of Him.

Seeking God with all our heart infers a complete, focused, and undivided commitment, a willingness to prioritize God above all else. This is not a one-time event, but a continuous and consistent journey of cultivating and deepening our relationship with Him, which demands a willingness to surrender our lives to His guidance. Is this because God is distant or remote? Far from it. God is not distant or unreachable. He is present and available to those who seek Him with a sincere heart. He desires to be known and to be in relationship with humanity.

Seeking God with all our heart entails the following:

Making Prayer a Priority: We must dedicate prime time daily to talk to God, sharing our needs, pains, and joy. We need not be afraid to come before Him with our concerns, desires, and needs, knowing that He cares, is listening, and ready to respond with showers of blessings.

Cultivating a Lifestyle of Worship: Involves seeking God in all aspects of our lives, expressing gratitude, and deepening devotions.

Reading and Meditating in God’s Word: We must allow the scriptures to shape our thoughts and guide our actions.

Seeking God’s Wisdom in our decisions: We can ask the Lord for guidance in our daily challenges and choices.

Serving others with Love and Compassion: We demonstrate His Love through our talks, actions, and interactions with other.

As we embrace the invitation to seek God with all our hearts, assured that He hears us and we will find Him, our lives will be testaments to the transformative power of a relationship built on Intimacy, trust, and unwavering faith.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
