"And the LORD RESTORED Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before" – Job 42:10
Forgiveness is a golden key that opens the door to DIVINE RESTORATION: "And the LORD RESTORED Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before" (Job 42:10). The book of Job is synonymous with incredible suffering. Job lost his wealth, children, health, and social standing in a series of swift, devastating blows. For long seasons, he sat in ashes, wrestling with grief, confusion, and the harsh, misguided judgments of his closest friends. However, chapter 42 marks the turning of his captivity from brokenness to double blessing. In verses 5–6, Job moved from intellectual arguments to experiential intimacy, declaring, "My ears had heard of you but now my eyes have seen you" Immediately following this spiritual realignment, verse 10 records the supernatural turnaround!
Divine Restoration is not triggered by revenge, but by a heart purged of bitterness. When Job chose to pray for those who hurt him, God unlocked the floodgates of heaven. We cannot receive His double while holding onto human trouble. We must release personal grievances because our restoration is tied to the willingness to forgive. Praying for those who misjudged us in our trials is a spiritual key that unlocks the door of captivity. We must be grateful or trials as they are meant to shift our perspective from hearing about God to intimately knowing Him: “I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees You” (v.5). Pain should drive us closer to His Presence, not away!
God didn't just return what Job lost; He performed a double-portion compensation, blessing his latter days than his beginning (v.12). Our end can be infinitely greater than our beginning. With God, restoration is never a mere return to status quo; it results in a double portion. When we prioritize love and intercession even in pain, God uses that alignment to double our joy, our resources, and our influence. The enemy may think that our trial is the final chapter, but in the economy of Divine Performance, the storm is merely the setup for our surplus!
In Jesus’ Name, I confidently affirm that:
The season of sitting in ashes is over. Welcome Restoration! The Lord has turned my captivity and my mouth is being filled with holy laughter.
I consciously release all bitterness. I choose to forgive and pray blessings over those who abandoned and misjudged me in my low seasons.
I receive double blessings for all my trouble, double for all losses, and double for my tears. God has replaced grief with overflowing joy!
Every broken area of my life encounters supernatural restoration. Doors of divine favour swing wide open to bring me comfort and abundance.
The Lord turns every captivity into triumph, and my latter days shall be far more glorious, prosperous, and peaceful than my former days.
Divine Performance is visible in my life, and I will never be put to shame! I will live to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
