Exodus 14: 13-31

“The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace – Exodus 14:14

The God of all Possibilities – the DIVINE WAY-MAKER – manifested His awesome Power at the Red Sea: “The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace (Exo.14:14). The Israelites faced a literal dead end – impassable waters in front, the terrifying Egyptian army behind, and mountains on either side; a moment defined by impossibility and impending doom. Yet, this frightful scenario was the setting for God to be revealed as the Divine Way Maker, turning a hopeless situation into a miraculous triumph. When human options expire, God’s Possibilities begin. Moses instructed the people not to panic. His commands were: Fear not. Stand still, and See (v.13). “Standing still” is not passive inaction, but an act of trust – resting in God’s sovereignty rather than relying on human strength.

Fear pushes one toward poor decisions. Standing firm allows God’s supernatural power to work, turning potential disaster into a testimony. The Lord declared Himself a Warrior Who fights for His people is they’ll stop complaining and worrying. God promised that the Egyptian army – representing overwhelming opposition or problems – would never be seen again. This guarantees that the Lord can address the root cause of any struggle, not just the symptoms. Moses was commanded to move forward by Faith (v.15). God asked him: “Why do you cry to Me?” Sometimes prayer must turn into action. Even when the way looked blocked, God ordered forward momentum.

Divine Possibilities are unlocked when we act on God's Word, stepping forward in obedience. Moses was directed to use what was in his hand – to lift his rod (v.16). This implies using what God has already given – Faith, the Word, or Praise – to initiate the miracle. Creating the "way" through the impossible deep, required a partnership: Moses’ obedience (lifting the rod) and God's Power (parting the sea).

“Red Sea" moments call for Faith, not fear. Being cornered by financial crisis, sickness, or relational issues, is not a dead end but a staging ground for a miracle. Let’s stop complaining and start declaring, as we shift our focus from the size of the problem to the greatness of our God. Even if we cannot see the path, our steps of faith activate His intervention. God works in ways we cannot see, but we must take the step. He didn't just part the sea; He dried the ground (v.22). His solutions are solid, stable, and complete, not shaky, half-hearted answers.

In Jesus’ Name I decree that:

Every Red Sea blocking my progress is parted. All invisible barriers are removed by fire, and my path is cleared for speed.

Every enemy pursuing my destiny shall fall into their own sea. Where I have seen failure, I will now see divine breakthroughs.

The God of "Suddenly" visits my situation; what should take years is accomplished in days. I am moving forward; no spirit of stagnation can stop me.

I shall see the salvation of the Lord, as fear is replaced by peace. I am stepping into my “solid ground” season. With stability and rest on all sides. I am a Victor, not a victim; and I will shout the Victory song of Moses.

Lord, show up as our Divine Way Maker, part seas of limitation, fear, and delay, and create new possibility-paths for our destinies, in Jesus’ name.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
