FAITH IS FOUNDATIONAL

And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: But I have prayed for thee, that THY FAITH FAIL NOT: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren – Luke 22:31-32

FAITH is FIRST. Faith is FOUNDATIONAL. Faith is FUNDAMENTAL.

FAITH is FIRST. 2 Peter 1:5 says “…giving all diligence, ADD TO your FAITH.” You don’t add faith to anything; you add everything else to faith! Faith is the BASELINE for fulfilment of purpose in all dimensions of life and destiny.

FAITH is foundational to life and destiny. Faith is the foundation for the fulfilment of every purpose, dream, vision and mission. Everything about your destiny, relative to God, revolves around your faith. Faith makes the difference! Yet, faith is a universal currency, with the same purchasing power globally. Faith does not discriminate according to age, class, colour, gender or race. God is no respecter of colour or race. He is only a respecter of His Word (Acts 10:34-35). Faith delivers and performs at the same rate irrespective of location, site or situation!

FAITH is the relational BRIDGE between limited Man and the Unlimited God.
- Without faith, you cannot connect to God; and without God you can do nothing (Jh.15:5).
- Without faith, it is impossible to please God. Without faith, you cannot move God. Without faith, there is no future!
- Without faith, one is bound to fail or end up in frustration. The alternative to Faith is Failure. Jesus’ prayer to secure Peter’s future was that his “faith faileth not” (Lk.22:32). When faith fails, the future is at risk. No faith; secure no future! Ultimately, the answer came for the foundation of Peter’s faith to be restored (John 21: 15-17). Rather than fail, Peter’s faith was reinforced to fulfil the divine purpose of strengthening his brethren, as the leader among the apostles.

FAITH is a key Kingdom Principle. It is the belief system of God’s Kingdom. Every lifting, rising and shining in the Kingdom is traceable to faith in God. Faith is a demonstration of CONFIDENCE in GOD, not confidence in self, in men, in things, in ideas or in ideologies. Faith never leans on the arm of flesh which is bound to fail (Jer.17:5). Faith never trusts in horses or chariots: “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright” (Psa.20:7). Your faith in God will never fail in Jesus name.
