“Even so FAITH, if it has not WORKS, is dead, being alone” – James 2:17
The FAITH that WORKS for God-glorifying Impact comprises Thinking, Talking and Doing: “Even so FAITH, if it has not WORKS, is dead, being alone” (Jam.2:17). These three components must operate simultaneously in order for Faith to work. These are like three action steps to be taken in order to drive a vehicle. After starting up the vehicle (Thinking), we must engage the gear (Talking) and then press on the accelerator (Acting or Doing). These three must be done simultaneously in order to move the vehicle. Similarly, if our vehicle of Faith will “move,” if our Faith will work, these three things must be engaged in simultaneously: Thinking, Talking or Speaking, and Acting or Doing.
The first operation of Faith relates to our thoughts: “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he” (Pro.23:7a). Our minds matter to the impact of our Faith. The mind is a real battle ground concerning the operation of Faith. In order to operate our Faith effectively, we must THINK FAITH: “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ASK or THINK, according to the power that works in us” (Eph.3:20).
An unrenewed mind will be limited to natural thinking and can never operate Faith effectively: “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God” (Rom.12:2). THINKING FAITH means thinking the Word, renewing our mind with the Word of God, and thinking the answer, rather than the problem. To think Faith means to not permit negative thoughts, taking authority over such strongholds in the mind in the Name of Jesus (2Cor.10: 4-5).
The second component of the operation of Faith consist of what we are saying. We must not only THINK FAITH, we must also TALK FAITH: “And since we have the same SPIRIT of FAITH, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I SPOKE, we also BELIEVE and therefore SPEAK” (2 Cor.4:13). What we SAY is what we eventually HAVE in Life. Our lives are products of what we are saying. Our confession is our possession: “He will HAVE whatever He SAYS” (Mark 11:23b). For example, it is by our Confession, not only our believing, that we are saved (Rom.10:10). Our confession validates our believing. We SPEAK FAITH by speaking GOD’S WORD in whatever situation we face. We’re Believers! It’s time to Speak what we believe! A heart that’s full of Faith with speak Faith-filled words.
Our ACTIONS constitute the third component of the Operations of Faith: “Even so FAITH, if it has not WORKS is dead, being alone” (v.17). Verse 26 says, “For as the body without the spirit id dead, so FAITH without WORKS is dead also.” Faith without corresponding Action is dead! Faith is not in operation until we put actions to what we believe.

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
