Bible Meditation:
Matthew 25:14-30

Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master – Matthew 25:23

Fruitfulness is Productivity and Re-productivity. God created us to be productive. Genesis 1:26-28 contains four fundamental Principles of Productivity, which represent God’s original intent for humankind: (1) Fruitfulness – being productive with what God has given you; (2) Multiplication – increasing, becoming larger, and multiplying; (3) Subduing – cultivating what is, to improve the quality of life on earth; (4) Dominion – governing by exercising authority over the works of God’s hands.

Fruitfulness is the ability to not only preserve what you have, but to increase its value. Beyond biological reproduction, fruitfulness implies being productive in every sense. In practical terms, productivity refers to the state or quality of being productive; the effectiveness of effort as measured in terms of the rate of output per unit of input. To be fruitful or productive is therefore: to obtain excellent results where others are failing; to make smooth progress where others are stagnant; to be highly favoured where others are struggling; and to be a vessel of honour, rather than dishonour.

To be fruitful is to have commendable and outstanding results in your life’s assignment, career or ministry. The Lord wants you to make the best use of your time, talents, and treasures (Eph. 5:15-17). In all your life’s assignments, you must do your very best and work your hardest for His glory, and you’ll surely be rewarded: Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.” (Colossians 3:23-24). True productivity entails making the best use of your God-given opportunities and talents for His glory and the eternal benefit of others.

Fruitfulness is often a distinguishing factor in life. Fruits are not hidden. Fruits are inviting. Fruits sweeten living and are cherished. God gave you seeds so that you can give Him fruits. To be fruitful and productive is to maximize Potential. Your Potential is: All you can be but have not yet become; all that you can do but have not yet done; how far you can reach but have not yet reached; and what you can accomplish but have not yet accomplished. The potential you have in your life is God’s gift to you. What you make of your potential is your gift to God. God will always reward fruitfulness, faithfulness, and productivity, not the mere maintenance of your talents. He will work in and through you to maximize His potential in you.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
