Luke 18: 1-8

And shall not God avenge His own elect, who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? – Luke 18:7

Luke 18 narrates the parable of the desperate widow and the uncaring Judge. She had no earthly resources or powerful connections to plead her case. All she had going for her was the Persistence to cry out for Vindication. To compound her plight, the Judge that she approached had no fear of God whatsoever, and no human considerations. This parable illustrates the elect in the current world situation, and what our attitude should be like. The kings and rulers of this evil world system are literally united “against the Lord and His anointed” (Psa.2:2). But Jehovah is set to defend and vindicate His saints.

While on this pilgrim’s path, we cannot depend on worldly solutions, but must, like the widow, ceaselessly cry out in earnest to God day and night for ‘Vindication’. The widow prevailed, in spite of the hard-hearted and unjust judge. We also shall prevail, as long as we “Pray always and not faint…” (Lk.18:1). Rather than to faint, give in or submit to the spirit of the world, we must cry out for daily deliverance and the ultimate vindication at the coming of the Lord and His promised Kingdom.

Jesus is calling us to not rely on carnal solutions, but to look for and hasten His Coming. While longing for the Blessed Hope, in all aspects of life, our cry must be: “Your Kingdom come. Your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven”! (Mt.6:10). Jesus said He would avenge those who call out to Him, and even then, SPEEDILY (Lk.18:8)! This same word is used in Rev. 22:20: “Behold I come quickly…” “Speedily” means that when the event happens, it will happen in rapid succession.

God will indeed avenge His elect speedily or quickly. You might have been cheated or persecuted for long. Now, things are changing positively. Your answers will no longer be delayed. Solutions will come in swift succession. Prophetic promises will be fulfilled in your life. Your persecution will give way to vindication. Those who have dismissed you as weak, hopeless,  and powerless, will soon bow to the Lord in your life. As for me, this is my declaration: “But the LORD is with me as a mighty terrible one: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper: their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten” (Jer.20:11).

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
