GOD WILL CONNECT YOU CORRECTLY (2)

Out of the hundreds or thousands of acquaintances we cross paths with each year, there are people God brings into our lives; some we bump into accidentally; and others whom Satan schemes or sends into our lives on diabolical assignments. Destructive Delilah was the ruin of great Samson. Jehoshaphat was rebuked for associating with wicked Ahab (2Chr.19:1-2). Progress in life is a Collection of Connections; a network of divine and human relationships. Retrogression in destiny follows the same principle. Your dreams and visions, and their accomplishment are linked and connected to other people.

God has and will continue to bless us with Divine Connections. The question is not: Will He? God will surely CONNECT YOU CORRECTLY. The question is: will you recognize, respect, and respond appropriately to your Divine Connections? Or, will you be careless with, disrespect, dishonour, or destroy divinely-orchestrated relationships? The Lord who divinely connected young Samuel to his spiritual Mentor Eli, will correctly connect you in life, calling, and ministry (1Sam.1:3a).

Samuel served the LORD by assisting Eli. Thereafter, God raised him up to be the prophet over his nation (1Sam.3:19)! If you want what Samuel had, you must be willing to do what Samuel did. Samuel served the LORD under his divine connection. Who is your ELI? Before God can promote and really use us, he trains us in the School of Submission, where we learn humility and mature in character. Eli was not a perfect mentor. He had visible flaws and weaknesses. He didn’t discipline his sons and himself! However, Samuel still served the LORD under Eli. He didn’t destroy his Divine Connection.

Samuel never judged, condemned or criticized Eli! Samuel never dishonoured him. God dealt with Eli by Himself. When God divinely connects you, never attempt to disconnect yourself except by His fresh instruction. If out of offence, a heart of dishonour for a ministry or a servant of God, or fleshly reaction, you leave your divine connection before appointed time, you are probably checking out of the School of Submission, and your maturing process may be prematurely aborted. Serve the LORD faithfully under your ‘Eli’! Learn humility, submission, and obedience, and God will promote you!

You are connected to JESUS, the True Vine. Therefore, you will not be connected to Destiny vandals or Destiny destroyers. You will not be wrongly-yoked with the Delilahs, Ahabs, and Jezebels of this world. You will be correctly connected for your divine lifting to the Glory and Praise of your Creator!
