For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south – Psalm 75:6
“For exaltation comes neither from the east nor from the west nor from the south. But God is the Judge: He puts down one, and exalts another” (Psa.75:6-7 NKJV). Three cardinal directions – east, west, and south – are mentioned, excluding the north. Psalm 48:2 says that Mount Zion is “on the sides of the NORTH, the city of the great King.” Promotion therefore comes from the Judge, the Great King who beautifies situations and reigns in Zion “on the sides of the north”!
Divine promotion is superior to human promotion any day. God’s decision is always final; His promotion is ever permanent! The promotion that comes from God is authentic, genuine, and has no strings attached. It comes with peace, joy, and a clean testimony: “The blessing of the LORD, it makes rich, and He adds no sorrow with it” (Pro.10:22). It is progressive, from grace-to-grace, and glory-to-glory. When God promotes you; no one can demote you. That’s why divine promotion is worth waiting for even when it seems to have delayed.
In contrast, the semblance of promotion that comes through men or the devil is usually fake, counterfeit, and fleeting. It often harbours sorrow, pain and regret. Moreover, when men promote you, they will expect something in return. You cannot afford to depend on or settle for the promotion of men. They can promote you today and demote you tomorrow. They promote you to control you. They exalt you to enslave you.
God promises to promote His own even in the presence of adversaries and detractors: “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies: You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over” (Psa.23:5). God’s promotion will silence the nay-sayers and shut the mouths of detractors. God will promote you despite every force of opposition that is determined to keep you down. God will trap them in their evil devices (Psa.10:2). He will disallow them from performing their mischievous devices (Psa.21:11). God will promote you securely. He will keep you from faltering or falling from grace.
God promotes those who respect His Covenant. He promotes the humble and diligent; never the indolent or slothful (Pro.13:4). He promoted Joshua, Moses’ servant, to become Commander in place of his master, and magnified him in the sight of all Israel (Jos.1:5-9; 3:7). By his passionate pursuit in service, God promoted Elisha above the rest of the sons of the prophet. As you pursue the Lord and His presence, He will grant you ever-increasing, eternally-impactful and irreversible promotion.

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
