"But by the GRACE of GOD I am what I am, and HIS GRACE toward me was not in vain…” – 1 Corinthians 15:10a
The Life of Faith is a Call to GRACE-BASED PERFORMANCE: "But by the GRACE of GOD I am what I am, and HIS GRACE toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the GRACE of GOD which was with me” (1 Cor.15:10). In a world demanding high performance, believers often risk burnout by relying on human strength. However, effective performance stems from Divine Grace. Paul’s life shows that God's Grace transforms our identity and enables us to work effectively without relying on human striving alone. Paul acknowledged his hard work – “I worked harder,” but instantly clarified that this tireless effort was not his own doing, but a manifestation of God's Grace working through him. This is the essence of divine power for performance: human effort supernaturally empowered by grace.
Paul acknowledged the Gospel as the Foundation of Grace (vv.1-4): Our work is built on the foundation of Christ’s death and resurrection. He then revealed four insights. First, Grace redefines our identity, shifting our focus from earning acceptance to functioning from a secure position as new creations (v.10a). Second, Grace ensures productivity, actively empowering us to produce tangible results for the Kingdom (v.10b). Next, Grace fuels Labour: Divine Power does not replace effort; it empowers us to work hard, acting as an engine for our labours (v.10c). Then, Grace demands Humility: True Performance recognizes God as the source of ability, ensuring He receives the Glory (v.10d).
The recurring mention of "Grace" offers insight into the ironic relationship between divine empowerment and human effort. Grace is not just a one-time gift for salvation, but an ongoing, operative force that defines identity and fuels effort. As Believers, we must embrace our Identity and work from a position of security in Christ, not trying to earn acceptance. We must depend on His Grace for daily tasks, and continually rely on divine strength, not just our intellect. Yes, we must work hard, but give God the credit. We actively apply our efforts while attributing the results to God. Purposeful Productivity means to make our work count by ensuring it aligns with God's Purpose, so grace is not in vain.
Beloved, join me in these prophetic affirmations in Jesus’ Name:
I am what I am by the Grace of God, stepping into a season of high productivity. I work under open heavens with supernatural energy.
I am divinely equipped for performance beyond human limits. God’s Grace is not in vain in my life; hence, I produce maximized results.
I am fully sufficient and competent in Christ for every assignment. My efforts will yield extraordinarily multiplied outcomes.
The Lord works in me, giving me the will and power to do His pleasure. I possess an excellent spirit, working with precision and speed.
Relying on God’s Transforming Grace, I operate without burnout. My life showcases the Power of Christ’s Resurrection.
I will not receive God's Grace in vain. My labour is productive and effective by God’s Spirit, for purposeful productivity.

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
