Bible Meditation:
John 3: 1-8

“Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” – John 3:3

From a biblical perspective, Salvation is first among the many INGREDIENTS and DRIVERS of IMPACT: “Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3). Here, in His conversation with Nicodemus, our Lord Jesus Christ underscored the importance of being born again. Salvation is the starting line for a life of maximum impact. Salvation includes forgiveness of sins, justification, reconciliation, redemption, sanctification, and newness of life, leading to deliverance, healing, prosperity and everything that was purchased for us by our Saviour Jesus!

Becoming born again commences a journey toward making maximum impact in life. Impact refers to the effect or influence that an event, situation, or occurrence has on someone or something. Impact signifies making a positive or lasting difference in the world, reflecting God’s Character and Love by serving others and sharing the Gospel. So far, we’ve meditated on the meaning of God-glorifying Impact; call to a Life of Impact; Salt, Light and a City set on a hill as agents of Impact, Insight for Impact, Faith for Impact, Divine Intimacy for Impact; Benefits of Intimacy; and the paths to Intimacy – the Word, worship, prayer, listening, and retreats.

Everyone has one life on this earth, and need to make maximum impact. This is a worthwhile desire, but not all will succeed due to ignorance of the keys for maximum impact. We need divine revelation of the keys needed for maximum impact in life, marriage, and ministry. Life is too short and precious to be wasted – it is too important to be underutilized. Making maximum and God-glorifying Impact in life is the best attitude and option to adopt. Life should not just be how long but how well. We must not just pass through life; but make our mark in the quicksand of time. Time and tide wait for no man. We cannot be mere passersby in life.

Irrespective of our present age, time on the earth is brief. David prayed: “Lord, make me to know my end, and what is the measure of my days, that I may know how frail I am” (Psa.39:4). Natural life is fleeing away too. Therefore, we must make the most of our time on earth, living to make maximum impact according to God’s Will. But we cannot fully live for the purpose for which He created us without being born again. Those who are not born again have Satan in control of their lives, and are ill-equipped to fully live for the purpose of their being created. Satan will pervert their destiny. 1 Peter 1:23 also speaks of being born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the Word of God, which lives and abides forever. The New Birth is the beginning of a Life of Impact!

Lord, establish us in the reality of the New Birth and Salvation, as first among the INGREDIENTS and DRIVERS of IMPACT, in Jesus’ name.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
