“GRACE and PEACE be multiplied to you in the KNOWLEDGE of GOD and of our Lord” – 2 Peter 1:2
Grace, Peace, and all things that pertain to Life and Godliness, flow from the KNOWLEDGE of GOD: “Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the KNOWLEDGE of GOD and of our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the KNOWLEDGE of HIM who called us by glory and virtue” (2 Pet.1: 2-3). All things that pertain unto life and godliness, including Faith, are given to us through the Knowledge of God. No wonder, Romans 10:17 says Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. The amount and quality of Grace, Peace, and Faith we operate in are directly proportional to the revelation knowledge that we have of God through His Word!
People who find it difficult to operate in faith, either do not have the real knowledge of God in them, or they have let the Word slip and be choked by the knowledge of the world. Fear comes through carnal knowledge, while Faith and all things that pertain unto life come through divine knowledge. Many contemporary Christians (even Spirit-filled Believers) have ample knowledge about the world and Satan’s system of operations, but are really deficient in the Knowledge of God and His Kingdom. So, it’s not really a faith issue that exists, but a Word issue.
Rather than struggle and strive through life, lacking favour and peace, God’s Grace and Peace can be multiplied or increased to us through the Knowledge of God. As D. L. Moody once said “I prayed for faith and thought it would strike me like lightning. But faith did not come. Then one day, I read – “Now faith comes by hearing. And hearing the word of God.” I had closed my Bible and prayed for faith. I now began to study my Bible and faith has been growing ever since.” God’s enabling Grace is activated in our lives through His true, Biblical, Knowledge. This is not merely knowing or understanding facts. It is not just factual, but practical, relational, and fruitful (v.8).
We're not just talking about knowing 'things,' but knowing the Lord, and the practical outworking of His life in us. The Bible was not given just for our information, but for our transformation. The knowledge of God relates to “all things that pertain to life and godliness.” This true Knowledge of God will affect our mundane everyday lives. It is also linked to the outworking of His divine nature within us, through His exceedingly great and precious promises in the Word. Meditating on God's promises make room for the Holy Spirit to work His Life, Peace, Joy, and Grace, into our lives.
Beloved, how does the Knowledge of God rank in your life? Where does the outworking of His divine nature through your life sit among your priorities? How precious is the Word of God and His promises, to you?

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
