“For His anger is but for a moment, HIS FAVOR is for LIFE; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning” – Psalm 30:5
In addition to lifting up, the Word of God releases LIGHT for the FAVOURED LIFE: “For His anger is but for a moment, HIS FAVOR is for LIFE; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning” (Psa.30:5). From God alone are unending flows of the Favoured Life. The Flow of Favour wipes out weeping and unlocks rivers of Joy! The psalm began on the praise-full note of the Lifted Life: “I will extol You, O Lord, for YOU HAVE LIFTED ME up, and have not let my foes rejoice over me” (v.1). This was followed by testimonies of healing and deliverance from death and the pit: “O Lord my God, I cried out to You, and YOU HEALED ME. O Lord, You brought my soul up from the grave; You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit” (vv.2-3). All of these signify the Favoured Life – the Maximized Life.
David further declared: “Lord, by YOUR FAVOR You have made my mountain stand strong” (v.7a). He came to realize that there is never an error with God; and that committed to Him, our life will never be out of control. Relative to His Goodness, God’s anger is momentary. No matter what we may be going through, He is not through with us. He is faithful to His promises. Whatever negative situation we may be facing isn’t the result of God forgetting us. The night of weeping will not be prolonged. After the night will come the Dawn of Joy (v.5b). David testified so: “You have turned for me my mourning into DANCING; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with GLADNESS” (v.11).
When we become connected by covenant to the Fountain of Life, He causes the Flow of Favour to surround our lives: “For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous, WITH FAVOR You will surround him as with a shield” (Psa.5:12). Favour does not depend on our age, credentials, class, or creed. By His Favour, God can pick and lift anyone, regardless of where he or she has been in life: “He raises the poor out of the dust, and lifts the needy out of the ash heap, that He may seat him with princes – with the princes of His people” (Psa.113:7-8).
That was the Story of Joseph. The Flavour of Favour followed and singled him out for supernatural lifting. Favour was the divine current that carried Joseph through life’s seasons; the Golden River that lifted him from the pit, through Potiphar’s house and prison, to the palace! He enjoyed Favour even in the midst of trying times, showing that sometimes favour may take one through tough times, but in God’s appointed time, the same favour elevated Joseph from the dungeon to distinction and the pinnacle of dominion in Egypt (Gen.41:40).

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
