Ephesians 2: 1-10

For we are GOD’S MASTERPIECE. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago” Ephesians 2:10 (NLT)

Beloved, God wants you to know that you are His MASTERPIECE of PURPOSE: For we are GOD’S MASTERPIECE. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago” (v.10, NLT). God desires that you invest your life into doing the good things He pre-planned for you! You are His Masterpiece of Purpose. You were made on purpose and for purpose! Your making is unique and peculiar. You are not mass-produced, but “custom-made”! You were created for a Purpose and made with a Purpose. You are alive for God’s Purpose. You need to live for Purpose and on Purpose. As His Masterpiece of Purpose, you must find yourself, discern your calling, and discover your destiny!

Every human being is made in God’s image. While all other facets of creation earned the evaluation – “good,” only the humanity was assessed as being “very good” or “excellent” (Gen.1:31)! Despite the billions of galaxies in God’s universe, He considered human creation as His crowning achievement. God made the universe, the plants, animals, hills, mountains, oceans and seas as far as eyes can see and beyond what can be imagined, yet Man is the only one that was made in His image. God is spirit. To have been made in His image means to be able to communicate with Him. That privilege is not given to the stars as astrology assumes, nor to the earth as New Age philosophy propagates. It is only given to humanity. You and I have the ability to be able to communicate with the God of the universe, because we are made in His image.

The keys to manifesting as God’s Masterpiece are hidden in His Word. Here are few insights and corresponding prayers from the Word on the question of Purpose:

“The purpose in a man's heart is like deep water, but a man of understanding will draw it out” (Pro.20:5, ESV). In Jesus name, Lord make me a person of understanding with the ability to draw out Purpose from the depth of my heart!

“The purposes of a person’s heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out” (Pro.20:5, NIV). In Jesus name, Lord please grant me unique insight to draw out the deep waters of the purposes of my heart!

I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart” (Jer.1:5). In Jesus name, Lord, please establish me in the conviction that You knew me before You formed me in my mother’s womb; and that before I was born, You set me apart for a definite purpose!

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope” (Jer.29:11, NLT). In Jesus name, Lord, let Your good and great plans for delete every plan for disaster, and secure for me a glorious future and living hope!

You were made in God’s image on purpose. There are no accidents with Him. The psalmist wrote these words: “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb” (Psa.139:13, NIV). God made us in His image; on purpose, for a purpose. We have experienced seasons in our lives when asked hard questions such as: Lord, why am I here? What must I invest my life in? What have you called me to do and to become? What is my purpose?

It is important that we reiterate three fundamental truths concerning the matter of Purpose: (a) God has a purpose for every person; (b) God want us to know accurately the full ramifications of our purpose; and (c) It is possible for a person to go all the way through life and not discover or understand his or her purpose – that is, miss purpose! May we never miss Purpose, in Jesus name! That’s why, this month we are engaging on this Prophetic Adventure into the Perfections of Purpose.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
