“But on Mount Zion there shall be, deliverance, and there shall be holiness; the house of Jacob shall possess their POSSESSIONS” – Obadiah 17
On the established platform of Divine Order, God is ushering us into our November of POSSESSIONS – the Season of Possessing our Possession. This is your time of favour: “You will arise and have mercy on Zion; for the time to favor her, Yes, the set time, has come” (Psa.102:13). A battle line has been drawn between the Kingdom of God – of light and righteousness – and the kingdom of the devil, darkness, evil, and lies. Every redeemed child of God has a supernatural heritage in Him – possessions of great and inestimable value. Unfortunately however, many are ignorant of this truth! They have been deceived into accepting their present unpalatable condition as their portion from God: but the devil is a liar! Every one of us has promises and possessions in God. However, those promises need to manifest in the natural form, before you can enjoy their benefits, otherwise they may as well remain non-existent. Obadiah 17 is a prophetic statement about the Church of God today. Mount Zion represents the Church of the Living God today – His chosen, holy, and peculiar people!
Many Christians live far below their profession in Christ. Being saved is a platform for, but not a guarantee of possessing the Victorious Life. For many, something is missing; there’s a gap between what the Bible says they are in Christ and their actual experience. The Bible calls us: “complete in Christ,” Overcomers, and More-than-conquerors (Col.2:10; Rom.8:35). But how many Christians really live in the possession, demonstration, and manifestation of such powerful spiritual realities? The fact is: Provision does not equate appropriation. It is God’s will that we appropriate, possess, demonstrate, and manifest in everyday life the divine realities He has purchased and provided for us by redemption. We must appropriate what He has done for us. When Jesus Christ died on the cross, He died for the world, being the propitiation – satisfaction – for the sins of the whole world (1Jh.2:2). Yet, sin still exists in the world, because many people have not appropriated what our Saviour did on the cross: “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already…” (Jh. 3:18a).
To possess is to appropriate. When the children of Israel came out of Egypt, going into Canaan, God told Joshua, “Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I HAVE given you...” (Jos.1:3a). He didn’t say, “I WILL give it to you,” but “I have already given it to you. It was theirs, but they had to possess their possessions. You have so much that you have not yet possessed. God's promises and provisions must be appropriated to become your possessions. It doesn't matter what God has done for you; if you don't appropriate it, it won't be yours. You may have a library full of books, but may not have read more than a few. Yes, all the books are yours; but you haven't possessed your possessions; you haven’t appropriated that which is yours. Are you living like a Victor or a victim; like more-than-a-conqueror or one who has been conquered, like a champion or a casualty? God wants to enlighten and enable us to bring our lives up to the standard He has for us.
The seventeenth verse of Obadiah highlights three key themes: the Power of God for deliverance; the Grace of God for holiness; and the Mercy of God for possessing our Possesions. All of these and more shall be our portions as we meditate in His Word. In reality, we who are in Christ are Kingdom-champions, Victors, and Overcomers; and Jesus Christ is made into us wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption (1Cor.1:30). God’s will for His children is to possess the “peace of God, which surpasses all understanding” and “joy inexpressible and full of glory” (Phil.4:7; 1 Pet.1:8). God didn't save you to live an unfulfilled, frustrated, failing, failed or miserable life. He saved you that you might live in Dominion and Victory. By His Grace and for His Glory, in Christ, you shall possess all your possessions!

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
