“In the year that King Uzziah died, I SAW the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple” – Isaiah 6:1
Perfecting Purpose demands that we appreciate, recognise, and understand the POWER of VISION: “In the year that King Uzziah died, I SAW the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple” (Isa.6:1). Prophet Isaiah did not realise the gravity of sin on his tongue and in his nation until He caught the Vision of the thrice-holy God seated on His Throne with His train filling the Temple (Isa.6). The Vision of the Saviour precedes deliverance from sin: “They looked to Him and were radiant, and their faces were not ashamed” (Psa.34:5). The Power of Vision for life and leadership is evident in the lives of every significant personality in the Bible and beyond, ranging from ancient to the modern.
Personal achievement begins with vision: “Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint“(Pro.29:18 NIV). Where there is no clear understanding of where one is headed, a successful journey is unlikely! The absence of Vision spells confusion, dissipation of energy, frustration, impotence, scattered efforts, wastage, and weariness. Without vision, one is open to temptation and vulnerable to destruction. For the people of God not to perish, visions must be kept alive. For you as a person not to trip or fall along the path of your Christian race, you must possess and be possessed by a compelling vision. Such a vision will distinguish you as an overcomer and more than a conqueror (Rom. 8:37).
Vision is not a fuzzy perspective but a clear visual reality; an internalized and personal picture of life’s purpose. Vision is the God-given ability to see the invisible as being feasible, until it becomes visible and tangible! Having a vision provides a sense of purpose and direction for life. Vision brings your world into focus and order out of chaos. There is grave danger ahead of anyone moving through life without a vision. Calamity awaits any group of persons without a unifying, dynamic vision. Regrettably, the majority of people on earth (and even in churches) abide where there is no vision. Yet only few would honestly admit to this fact: “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death” (Prov. 14:12).
We need divine Vision in this vision-less generation! Modernity has exposed the aimlessness of masses of humanity. Society has become so complicated that the average person finds it difficult to introspect or focus. Many find it hard to see beyond their nose and know the way ahead. Many hearts and minds have been blinded by the evil schemes of Satan, the prince of this evil world system (2 Cor. 4:4). The understanding of multitudes has been darkened through the deceitful operations of demonic forces: “having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart” (Eph. 4:18). Many visions have been beclouded by illusions and lies which abound as counterfeits to God’s divine plans.
Beloved, in the midst of this universal blindness, God is asking: “Where do you stand? Do you stand where there is no vision”? Living by Vision is living by divine design rather than by default! Your Vision is your future. The future you cannot “see” you cannot possess. Only when you see the invisible can you do the impossible. You cannot grow beyond or bigger than your vision in life. Vision is an informed bridge from your present into your future. Vision is indispensable to victorious living. Joshua had to “see” by faith the fall of walls of Jericho long before the walls collapsed (Jos.6:2,27). Vision is the pathway to honour and dignity. Vision adds value to life. Someone said: “The two most important days of your life are: the day you were born; and the day you realize why you were born!”

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
