Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits – Psalm 103:2 (NKJV)
Life on earth is full of challenges, difficulties, hurdles, and struggles. Roses come with thorns; and the gains often with pain. What then can we do to find hope? Where lies succour? Where do we turn when tomorrow offers no pleasant promises? Rather than brood, complain, fret or worry, you can praise your way out of discouragement and despondency. You can choose to praise or “bless” the Lord, as David did in Psalm 103.
In the midst of trials and troubles, acknowledging God’s role and purpose in your life can redirect your thinking from the hurts of your heart to the awesomeness and greatness of your God. David knew trouble. He faced the threat of enemies, the consequences of his own sin, and the challenges of sorrow. Yet he also recognized the therapy and healing power of praise. He knew that Praise can lighten our heaviest burdens.
That’s why in our meditation Psalm, David lists reasons to turn our focus on God, and all of His good and gracious benefits: He forgives us, heals us, redeems us, crowns us with loving kindness and compassion, satisfies our desires, and renews us. He also reminds us that God provides justice and righteousness, and He is gracious and loving. Learn from David: Praising God’s greatness establishes hope in troubled hearts.
Praise dismantles dungeons. Praise breaks bondages. Praise shatters prison walls and opens locked doors. Depression and oppression cannot remain with you when your heart is full of praise. You can praise your way out of depression. In Jesus precious Name, praise your way out! You can praise your way out of prison into liberty, out of penury into plenty, out of bondage into blessing, out of sickness into wellness, and out of smallness into greatness! Arise, praise your way out!

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
