Bible Meditation:
Philippians 3: 1-21

“I PRESS toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus” – Philippians 3:14

There are hitherto unexplored REALMS of GLORY that many believers are yet to acknowledge or aspire to experience. The believer’s journey of destiny commences through the door of Faith into the Palace of Grace: “Through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the GLORY of GOD” (Rom. 5:2). While standing on the grounds of grace, our spiritual eyes catch glimpses of higher levels – the Realms of Glory: “But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him. But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God” (1Cor.2:9-10). Praise God! A remnant of God’s people is already partaking and operating in the realms of glory!

In Christ, there is always a higher calling. God’s Call is a perpetual “Come up here, and I will show you things…” (Rev.4:1a). True Christianity permits no slackness, stagnancy, slothfulness or ease: “Woe to you who are at ease in Zion…” (Amo.6:1a). The Lord Jesus Christ admonished “No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God” (Lk.9:62). Hebrews 10:39 declares: “But we are not of those who draw back to perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.” Our Christian faith demands diligence, a hungering for higher realms and persistent pressing unto perfection. Paul was not a spiritual toddler when he declared: “Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on…but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus” (vv.12-14).

To the extent that limited human perception and an imperfect vocabulary can unravel and convey the hidden treasures of the Holy Scriptures, we shall endeavour to unveil piritual gems in God’s Realms of Glory unto which we have been called. Realms of glory are accessible to all of God’s children, but only those who appreciate and appropriate “the riches of His Glory” will experience its reality. The believer who says, “I don’t care if there are any realms of glory or not” will remain in spiritual blindness, barrenness and shame, and stands the risk of losing immense rewards in eternity: “For he who lacks these things is short-sighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was purged from his old sins” (2Pet.1:9).

Isaiah was already an established prophet when he caught a fresh vision of God’s Glory: “In the year that King Uzziah died I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and His train filled the temple” (Isa.6:1). When God shows up in the temple, in the place of His dwelling or when He shows up anywhere, His manifest presence – His Glory – fills the temple. As a result, no form of negativity can stay in that temple. When God fills the temple with His Glory, everything that is not glorious must leave to make room for the Glory. This is why we need to access and operate in the Realms of Glory.

Beloved, determine to open up more and more to the Glory. Therein is fullness: of holiness, increase, healing, deliverance, and wholeness of life. Isaiah heard angelic proclamations: “Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of Hosts; the whole earth is FULL of HIS GLORY!” (Isa.6:3b). The following verse says, “…the house was filled with smoke” ( v.4b).). That was the glory cloud. When the glory cloud appears, sin is defeated, discord and disunity disappear, problems and difficulties bow. In this new covenant, God’s temple is beyond one made with bricks and mortar. We are the temple of the Holy Spirit, and the aura of His presence will manifest in our daily lives, as we expect, welcome, and rejoice in the manifestations of Realms of Glory!

Lord, as I press into REALMS of GLORY, fill the temple of my spirit, soul, and body with Your Presence, in Jesus’ Name.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
