PROGRAMMED FOR PROGRESS

Bible Meditation:
Isaiah 40: 25-31

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path – Psalm 119:105

But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day – Proverbs 4:18

Progress infers forward movement, advancement, gradual or steady improvement or development in one or more aspects of life. It may be slow, steady, gradual, good, or rapid.

Progress is a sign of Life. Progress is vital to living. Stagnancy is contrary to living. The living move; the dead don’t move. They are static and still. The spiritually alive are on progressive, forward and upward movement.

Progress is an evidence of life. Stagnancy is an emblem of death, a picture of the embalmed. The devil wants to stagnate as many lives as he can, but God is determined to accelerate you in life:

Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed…And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing (Isaiah 10:1,27).

In spite of Satan’s unrighteous decrees and grievous prescriptions, you have a RIGHT to PROGRESS. You can overcome all of the enemies’ manouvres against your progress – his deception, distractions or false attractions.

The promise of the Lord is that “ye shall receive POWER...” for progress, for expansion and for increasing circles of influence. Jesus our Master and Model “went about” (progress unhindered) “doing good” (performing to full potential). You can do likewise.

God has PROGRAMMED you for PERSONAL PROGRESS. He has DESIGNED you for DEVELOPMENT: physical, mental, spiritual, social, relational, professional, and financial. However, all of the other aspects are hinged on your spiritual development: Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth (3 John 2).

It is time to ask yourself: “Am I making personal progress in the direction of my destiny and at what rate? It is wise to take stock in time; because rendering account in eternity is inevitable: So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God (Rom.14:12).

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
