2 Corinthians 1: 18-24

"For ALL the PROMISES of GOD in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us" - 2 Corinthians 1:20

GOD’S PROPHETIC PROMISES cover a wide array of blessings that are eternally established: "For ALL the PROMISES of GOD in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us" (2 Cor. 1:20). An aspect that's worthy of particular attention relates to Promises of Victory. The scriptures frequently address the theme of Victory, portraying it in both spiritual and earthly contexts. Essentially, the Bible teaches that true and lasting victory is ultimately found in God and through faith in Jesus Christ. It highlight God's role as the Source of Victory for His people. Believers are encouraged to trust in God's power, acknowledging that Victory derives from divine intervention and reliance on the Love and Strength from the Lord. True victory comes not from human strength alone but from reliance on God: "Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God" (Psa.20:7, NIV).

Here are Ten Prophetic Promises of Victory in the Word of God:

"For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you VICTORY" (Deut.20:4, NIV).

“The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways" (Deut.28:7).

"Through God we will do valiantly, for it is He who shall tread down our enemies" (Psa.108:13).

"Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you" (Luke 10:19)

"These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world” (John 16:33).

Romans 8:37 (NIV) declares, "No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us." This highlights the Believer's ongoing spiritual warfare and the assurance of Victory in Christ, communicating the idea that we who believe in and follow Jesus are not just victorious but are "more than conquerors" because of our connection with Christ.

"No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but GOD is FAITHFUL, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it" (1 Cor.10:13).

"But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." (1 Cor.15:57, NIV). This verse underscores the Christian belief that ultimate victory is attained through faith in Jesus Christ, particularly through His death and resurrection, triumphing over sin and death.

"Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place" (2 Cor. 2:14)

"For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith" (1 John 5:4).

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
