RENEWED MIND – REVIVED LIFE

And be RENEWED in the spirit of your mind – Ephesians 4:23

It takes a RENEWED MIND to have a REVIVED LIFE. Life is essentially an Inside Matter. Change is beneficial and enduring only when it is from inside-out; otherwise, it is cosmetic, superficial, and hollow. God’s Will is for His children to experience transformation that is of eternal significance. God destined you to experience fresh manifestations through the renewing of your mind. Indeed, your mind requires renewal after you are born-again, if you must manifest the Mind of Christ (Eph.4:23-24). The Word of God is designed to RENEW your MIND in order to TRANSFORM your world (Rom.12:2)!

Your mind is vital to your life and destiny: it directs your values, actions, and lifestyles. Proverbs 23:7a says, “for as he thinks in his heart, so is he”! You need mind renewal. You need to free your mind from ‘mental bondages’ and get it renewed to God’s Thoughts, Truth, and His way of thinking. The Bible has more than 200 verses that reveal the power of the mind. The No.1 limiting roadblock to fulfilment in life is the set of barriers we set up in our own minds. To live differently, think different. If you dislike your present situation, change it by changing your thinking.

For God to change a man He doesn’t take the man out of the situation; He takes the situation out of the man! For example, when God takes poverty out of a mind, such a person is empowered to prosper. The worst thing poverty can do is to affect a person’s mentality. You must brighten up your own mind: It is not easy for a man to light the candle of another man’s mind. Cultivate the mind of a champion, a producer, a winner, a victor, and conqueror. Adopt the mentality of diligence, excellence and prosperity. Small minds produce tiny expectations and meagre manifestations that are of little or no eternal value. Big minds think God’s kind of thoughts (Is.55:8-9).

Beloved, what is the state of your mind? Is your mind spiritual or carnal? Is it sound or timid?  Is it stable or anxious? Is your mind single or double? Is it clear or clouded? Is it ready or fainting? Is it pure or corrupt? Is it humble or proud? Is your mind sober or vain? Is it diligent or slothful? Is it guarded or embattled? Is your mind stayed on God or straying from Him? Do you need to ‘change’ your mind? Do you require urgent mind renewal? The Lord is willing, able, and ready to help you renew your mind and enjoy fresh revival and restoration in life! Are you willing to change?
