Bible Meditation:
2 Kings 6: 8-23

And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha – 2 Kings 6: 17

The Supernatural realm is real. It is not a fantasy or a figment of the imagination. Disbelieving the reality of the supernatural could be detrimental to destiny! The account in 2 Kings 6 illustrates how Elisha the prophet operated in the realm of the supernatural, commanding forces that were beyond the visible realm! Every believer is privileged to operate in the same realm, through faith in Christ Jesus!

Two main opposing forces dominate this world: GOD and the devil; the forces of good and evil. The two are however incomparable: GOD is the Almighty Creator, the Source of all powers; the devil is a created being. God did not create the devil as the evil one he now is. He was Lucifer – the shining one – an angel of light, who fell due to sin, was cast down from heaven, and began his mission of counterfeiting everything God had created (Ezek.28:12-15; Isa.14:12-14). Through Satan’s subtlety and Adam’s disobedience, man “died”, and was dethroned from the God’s spiritual realm down to the natural realm and driven out of the Garden of Eden (Gen. 3: 24).

Due to disobedience and sin, man lost the vital force that sustained him – the Spirit of God. Today, the entire world lies in a negative spiritual magnetic field of wickedness, and evil thrives in many lives (1 Jh.5:19). You are either connected to God or to the devil. You either live supernaturally or you end up becoming the devil’s meat!

However, not all of the supernatural is of God. There is a positive spirit-realm and a negative realm where the devil and his demons (fallen angels) hold sway. We must learn to discern between God’s MIRACLES and Satan’s MAGIC; between the Spirit of Truth and the spirit of error (1Jh. 4:6). We are able to separate the original from the fake by means of the Word and the Spirit of God: Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world (1 Jh.5:1).

 Adetokunbo Ilesanmi (Meditations)

Prayer:
Lord, open my eyes to the realities of the spirit-realms and enable me to discern between the positive supernatural and the negative supernatural that I may come out as a Victor and not a Victim in Jesus name.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
