Bible Meditation:
Isaiah 40: 25-31

“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles...”  – Isaiah 40:31a

Waiting on the Lord is the proper Posture for SUSTAINED PERFORMANCE: “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint” (Isa.40:31). Waiting on the Lord is not passive; it's an active posture of trust that allows God to supernaturally renew our strength and capacity. This divine empowerment enables sustained performance without burnout, allowing us to accomplish tasks and fulfil destiny with vigour, endurance, and resilience.

Life often brings seasons of extreme exhaustion, where the human capacity is stretched beyond its limit. The exiles in Babylon, overwhelmed by their circumstances, felt forgotten by God: “My way is hidden from the Lord, and my just claim is passed over by my God” (v. 27b). Yet, Isaiah’s prophetic message was a resounding declaration of God's incomparable Power. Sustained Performance is not about striving; it is about tapping into an inexhaustible Source of Eternal Energy – God Himself – to accomplish our purpose without breaking down.

GOD can unleash supernatural ability to seamlessly fulfil destiny when we do not compare Him to anything else (vv.25-26). He who sustains the universe readily sustains our lives. Human effort alone is insufficient for peak performance. Even the youths – denoting peak human energy – grow tired and stumble (v.30). This calls for a supernatural Exchange of Power. God empowers the faint and strengthens the weak (v.29). We give Him our exhaustion; He gives us His strength. But the master key is “waiting on the Lord” (v.31). This is not passive idleness, but an active posture of trust, prayer, praise, meditation, and hope in God's timing, causing us to exchange our weakness for His Strength.

Isaiah unveils three Dimensions of Power. To mount up with wings: represents a divine perspective and supernatural uplifting. Eagles soar above storms, using air currents to glide. God enables us to rise above the chaos of our circumstances, see, and operate from a position of victory, not victimization. To run and not be weary speaks to speed, urgency, and intensity in life’s assignments; endurance in the face of daunting challenges, enabling us to finish our race without exhaustion. To walk and not faint covers daily, routine tasks – the mundane aspects of life. We receive stamina to live daily without giving up, fainting, or becoming discouraged by the marathon of life. We can cultivate a habitual fellowship: daily consciousness of God's Presence, rather than only seeking Him in crises.

In Jesus’ Name, I prophesy that:

I receive fresh impartation and renewal of divine strength from the Almighty God, exchanging my limitations for Divine Capacity.

I am growing stronger, never weaker! I mount up with wings like eagles; I rise above every difficulty, limitation, and obstacle.

I receive supernatural speed to run my race without weariness. I walk through the journey of life without fainting or growing weary.

Every weakness in my life is replaced by Divine Supernatural Power. I will not stumble or fail, for the Lord strengthens me.

I soar above every storm of life, carrying a heavenly perspective. I am setting the pace, blazing trails and breaking records by divine ability.

Lord, we receive the grace to wait on You, cultivating the Posture for Sustained Performance, to walk, run, and soar like the eagle, in Jesus’ name.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
