Psalm 105: 8-22

“UNTIL the TIME that his WORD came to pass, The WORD of the lord tested him– Psalm 105:19

Joseph’s Story in the Bible validates the reality of THE TIMED WORD: “UNTIL the TIME that his WORD came to pass, The WORD of the lord tested him(Psa.105:19). The period of waiting for God's promises can be incredibly trying. Today’s meditation passage highlights the truth that God’s Word operates on divine timing. Every delay serves as a refining fire, preparing us for the exact assignment and season God has ordained for our lives. His Covenant is everlasting (vv. 8-10). He remembers His promises across expansive spans of time. Even when things look bleak, His covenant remains firm and is guaranteed to outlast any delay. His timings are never haphazard or happenstance.

God’s Grand Design of our destinies guarantees Divine Protection even in the Wilderness (vv. 12-15). As we traverse different seasons and challenges, His Sovereign Hand guards our destiny. No weapon formed can prematurely alter the path of a chosen vessel. Not even the furnace of fiery trials, which He turns into the Furnace of Preparation (vv.16-18). God sometimes orchestrates trials to strip away self-reliance. Joseph's experience as a slave in irons illustrates how God uses seemingly hopeless situations to develop a leader's character. Meanwhile, His Word does not just deliver a promise; the refining Power of the Word tests, molds and purifies our faith while we wait for fulfillment (v.19).

Ecclesiastes 3:1 affirms the truth of the Timed Word: there is a time and season for every purpose under heaven. Habakkuk 2:3 also reminds us that every divine vision has an appointed time; though it tarries, it will surely be fulfilled. James 1:2-4 explains that the testing of our faith produces steadfastness, making us mature and complete. We must trust God’s timing and process, and avoid rushing ahead of Him when facing setbacks. While holding on to the Prophetic Word, let’s learn to embrace the “UNTIL” by focusing on character development rather than just the destination. As we keep His promises close to heart, they’ll anchor us in and through turbulent times.

Joseph’s story teaches us to serve where we’re with integrity, and stay faithful in small things. Joseph was faithful in Potiphar's house and in the prison before he was promoted to the palace. God’s delays are not His denials, but His way of purifying our character, and building capacity in us to steward the very blessings we are praying for, and to handle the glory of the answer without failing or falling.

In Jesus’ Exalted Name, I declare that:

My times are in God's hands. I will not run ahead of His divine schedule. I surrender every anxiety and choose to rest in His perfect timing.

The Word of the Lord is purifying my faith and strengthening my patience. Every trial I face works together for my promotion and God’s Glory.

My character is being refined like gold in the furnace of preparation. God is rebuking circumstances for my sake and protecting my destiny.

I am positioned in the Centre of His Will, moving in step with the Holy Spirit, neither ahead nor behind, and will bloom where I am planted.

I will never lose heart knowing that my vision has an appointed time for sure fulfilment of Supernatural Elevation and Divine Dominion.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
