THE UNLIMITED LIFE

If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed – John 8: 36

Today, we meditate on the UNLIMITED LIFE. This is God’s Will for us in Christ. Christ is the Centre of the Unlimited Life. In Christ, I am FREE to FLY. In Christ, I am FREE to FLOURISH.

Jesus came to set the captives free. Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty. We who have died with Christ have also risen with Him, and are no longer bound by carnal thinking and worldly limits!

The UNLIMITED LIFE refers to the unlimited manifestation of the life of Christ in us who believe in Him. This is the answer to all human struggles, fears and defeat: I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me (Gal.2:20). Christ in me is the hope of glory!

In all ages and in all places, God has had His faithful few – men and women who refused to limit God, but have dared to believe that God meant what He said. They stand out like jewels amidst the pervading dust of defeat. Their testimonies of victory and triumph do not derive from superior education or exemplary ability, but an absolute faith in the all-powerful God who will always vindicate His promises, as well as a perpetual consciousness of His abiding Presence.

God’s salvation has a present tense reality in our daily living. The indwelling Christ in the Person and Power of the Holy Spirit helps us to daily overcome Satan and sin’s dominion, while demonstrating grace and manifesting glory. God wasn’t limited in Paul, the first Apostles, and many other faithful disciples over the ages; He need not be limited in our lives if we will commit to Him every area of our personalities. He keeps what we commit!
