Psalm 65: 1-13

YOU VISIT the EARTH and water it, You GREATLY ENRICH it; the river of God is full of water… – Psalm 65:9a

GOD is continually in the Business of Divine VISITATION for ENRICHMENT: YOU VISIT the EARTH and water it, You GREATLY ENRICH it; the river of God is full of water; You provide their grain, for so You have prepared it(Psa.65:9). Divine Visitation is not merely a historical event; it is an active, ongoing, and personal intervention of God in human affairs. Here, David highlights God as the Hearer of Prayer (v.2) and the Great Provider who visits the earth and waters it for Great Enrichment (v.9). He visits to initiate fresh seasons of abundance.

God visits to water the dry, “parched” grounds of a believer’s life – health, family, and finances. The "river of God is full of water"! His river is inexhaustible, signifying divine resources that never run dry. Divine Visitation for watering and enrichment is not haphazard; it is structured. God purposefully prepares the ground – hearts and circumstances – to receive the seed of blessing, ensuring that when the blessing comes, there is growth: “...You provide their grain, for so You have prepared it. You water its ridges abundantly, You settle its furrows..." (vv.9b-10).

The crown of abundance implies that Divine Visitation brings a grand conclusion to challenges: “You crown the year with Your goodness, and Your paths drop fatness" (v.11). To "crown" means to finish with honour, authority, and prosperity. Where God walks, His paths drip with abundance (fatness), leaving blessings behind. Therefore, like David, let’s perform our vow of Praise (v.1). When God visits, let’s be ready to fulfill the promises made during times of trouble. Let’s cultivate a Life of Praise, which is the atmosphere that provokes divine visitation; but it must be rooted in faith and righteousness. We should not take daily blessings for granted, but live in expectation, seeing them as evidence of God’s active, loving care. Even when "furrows" are dry, we trust that the "river of God" is full and will break the drought.

In Jesus’ Name, I affirm that:

Because God has visited me, the dry season of life is officially over. I am aligned with the "river of God," which is full of water.

This is my year of divine crown; I shall finish better than I started. God is watering my "furrows" and settling my ridges for maximum growth.

My life, career, and family are experiencing an inflow of Divine Fatness. My labour shall not be in vain; I am entering a season of rich harvest.

The Lord is changing the "parched" land in my life into a fruitful field. Unexpected blessings are finding me, just as rain waters the wilderness.

I am not just a spectator; I am a recipient of God's "awesome deeds." God is turning every "mountain of difficulty" into a "valley of joy".

My life’s "field" is "softened with showers" of blessing, as Your path drops fatness into my health, family, finances, and ministry.

Prayer:
Lord, cause us to encounter Your Divine Visitation for Enrichment; let all dry and barren areas of our lives flourish by Your watering, in Jesus' name.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
