“I CAN DO ALL THINGS through CHRIST who strengthens me”– Philippians 4:13
Our Lord Jesus Christ holds the KEYS for PERSONAL IMPACT in all aspects of life: “I CAN DO ALL THINGS through CHRIST who strengthens me”–” (Phi. 4:13). Believers in Christ are encouraged to rely on Him absolutely for the grace, strength, and strategies to overcome challenges and accomplish all that He called us to become and do in life. From a Christian perspective, Personal Impact refers to positive Influence on others for the Glory of God, rooted in one’s faith, and characterized by attitudinal, communicative, and behavioral transformations that are aligned with God’s Will and Christian values.
Our Personal Impact as believers stems from Faith in God and is a response to His work in our lives, making our thoughts, words, and actions, testaments to our relationship with Him. The ultimate goal of Personal Impact is not self-glory but to bring Glory to God by conforming to Christ’s Image, and contributing to His redemptive plan for the world. However, Personal Impact is not automatic. It demands willingness and responsibility on the part of the Believer. Knowing that we have divinely purposed roles and spheres of Influence in God’s Kingdom, we are encouraged to deploy our attitudes, words, and action to positively affect those around us, reflecting the Person, Principles and Power of Christ – His Faith and Love.
Personal Impact always starts from Inside-Out: “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy – MEDITATE on these things” (v.8). Moreover, we must never stop LEARNING: “The things which you LEARNED and RECEIVED and HEARD and SAW in me, these DO, and the God of peace will be with you” (v.9). The Positive Attitudes and Mentality that we learn, imbibe and cultivate, are validated by Positive ACTIONS. Going forward, as the Spirit leads and on the basis of scriptures, we shall meditate on the following vital aspects of Personal Impact:

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
