Today, we’ll dwell on 'What Mercy Does' for God’s covenant-children: “All the paths of the LORD are MERCY and truth to such as keep His covenant and His testimonies” (Psa.25:10). Mercy is vitally connected with the Covenant (Psa.103:17-18). God assured David: “My Mercy I will keep for him forever, and My covenant shall stand firm with him” (Psa.89:28). Are you a Covenant-child of God? His Mercy will surely speak for you! Here are five of the numerous miracles of Mercy:
Psalm 118 reflects the need for continual confession of mercy. We must be ever grateful, for there is nothing greater than thanksgiving that we can return to God in exchange for the riches of His Mercy. Finally, by His Mercy, we can boldly affirm: “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD” (Psa.118:17).
