PROFITING BY THE WORD

“ALL SCRIPTURE is given by inspiration of God, and is PROFITABLE for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness” – 2 Timothy 3:16

BUILD ON THE WORD

“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock” – Matthew 7:24

STAND ON THE WORD

“Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to STAND – 2 Ephesians 6:13

DECREE AND DECLARE GOD’S WORD

“You will also DECLARE a thing, and it will be ESTABLISHED for you; so light will shine on your ways” – Job 22:28

OBEYING GOD’S WORD

Has the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in OBEYING the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to heed than the fat of rams” – 1 Samuel 15:22

DOERS OF THE WORD

“But be DOERS of the WORD, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves” – James 1:22

It is not sufficient to be a Hearer, Reader, or Student of God’s Word; we are called to be DOERS of the WORD (Jam.1:22). To be a Doer of the Word means to put into practice what you hear and read from God’s Word. Are you a Doer? What’s your response when you hear His Word preached? Do you endeavour to implement it in your life, or do you give a big Amen and merely go your way?

RICH IN GOD’S WORD

“Let the Word of Christ dwell in you RICHLY in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord” – Colossians 3:16

DEEP IN GOD’S WORD

“Rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in thanksgiving” – Colossians 2:7

TREASURING GOD’S WORD

“I have not departed from the commandment of His lips; I have TREASURED THE WORDS of His mouth more than my necessary food” – Job 23:12

HIDING GOD’S WORD

“Your WORD I have HIDDEN in my heart, that I might not sin against You” – Psalm 119:11

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
