“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall DIRECT YOUR PATHS” – Proverbs 3:6
One of the fundamental needs of every human being is DIRECTION FOR DESTINY FULFILMENT: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall DIRECT YOUR PATHS” (Pro. 3:5-6). You have a divinely-ordained destiny: God’s unique purpose, His tailor-made plan for your life. In order to fulfil your destiny, you will need to make wise moves and choices all along the way. No decision is too minor or insignificant. Whether you are seeking direction on where to live, who to marry, what school the children should attend, which job to seek for, nothing is more important than knowing and understanding God’s will.
Unfortunately, people sometimes wander from God’s will because they move too carelessly or too quickly. They leap like “mules that have no understanding,” and begin to run with what they think is His will (Psa.32:9). The Bible counsels that every word should be established by two or three witnesses (2Cor.13:1). When it comes to God’s Will, it is best to receive multiple confirmations. When a ship heads into a harbour, there are buoys to guide it. The captain of the ship never fixes his gaze on just one buoy. Instead, he lines up several buoys and follows the course they indicate until the ship is safely into the harbour. Likewise, God leads in a variety of ways; each is like a buoy helping us stay on course. Let’s examine five ways in which God leads:
God Leads by His Word: “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God” (Mt. 4:4). God never contradicts His Word. The Bible’s examples were written for our admonition (1Cor.10:11). “Admonition,” literally means “to slap.” So, when we read what happened to people in the Bible, it should be like a gentle slap in the face to help us see God’s will more clearly. To assume that one is following God’s will, and yet be walking in direct opposition to scripture is to be deceived.
God leads by His Spirit: “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God” (Rom.8:14). God often leads us by giving an inner witness: “The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God” (Rom.8:16). Jesus said concerning the Holy Spirit: “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come” (Jh.16:13).
God leads through the inward voice of your spirit – our conscience. The Apostle Paul said he lived by his conscience: “Men and brethren, I have lived in all good conscience before God until this day” (Acts 23:1b). In other words, the Holy Spirit told Paul’s spirit what was right or wrong. As the Holy Spirit speaks to your spirit, your conscience will tell you what to do.
God leads by His Peace: concerning many important decisions to be made in life that are not covered by a specific Bible verse. For example, there are no verses that specify who you should marry or where you should live. You won’t find scriptures that specify which college you should attend or where you should work. In such instances, God will often lead you by giving you peace. Satan may be able to counterfeit some things, but he can never counterfeit the peace of God. Colossians 3:15a says: “And let the peace of God rule in your hearts…” Like an umpire, God’s peace will tell you whether you are “safe” in His will – or “out” of His will. When you are sincerely seeking God for guidance, He will lead by filling you with His supernatural peace as “green light”!
God leads through Wise Counsel: “He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will be destroyed” (Pro. 13:20). God wants you to be humble enough to receive sound advice from godly people He brings your way.

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
