“No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, WHO IS IN the BOSOM of the Father, He has declared Him” – John 1:18
Our Lord Jesus Christ personifies the HEART of GOD: “No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, WHO IS IN the BOSOM of the Father, He has declared Him” (Jh.1:18). But first, we need to understand what the word “heart” means scripturally. The heart – also called “bosom” – refers to the nature, core, or central part of a person. It is considered the seat of life and inner strength. It depicts the essence of one’s being – one's entire emotional nature. The heart is the organ that is reckoned to have the ability to reason, question, meditate, motivate, and think. To know someone’s heart is to know that person’s innermost character, feelings, or inclinations; hence, the Heart of God is the essence of who He is, what He desires, His will, and His purposes.
There are people who claim to know the heart of God, but really don’t because their testimonies do not tally with the Bible. No one but God Himself can fully define, describe, or depict what His Heart is. Just because someone claims they know the Heart of God doesn’t mean they do. We can only know what God’s Heart is from His own mouth. Our key meditation verse shows that Jesus is in the Heart of God! He is in the bosom of the Father. If there is anyone in existence who knows the Heart of God, it’s Jesus Christ. He in fact is the ONLY One. For example, Jesus declared in John 10:30 – “I and My Father are one.”
Without Jesus Christ and apart from Him, we don’t know and cannot know the Heart of God. We can’t even know God much less His Heart. The natural or carnal person cannot comprehend or know God: “But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned” (2Cor.2:14). Only the spiritual person can comprehend and know God. Whoever is not born again as Jesus said we MUST be, cannot see or enter the kingdom of God (Jh.3:3-6). Such a person doesn’t know God or God’s Heart. We need the Holy Spirit to know God’s Heart, because “God is Spirit, and those who worshp Him must worship in spirit and truth” (Jh.4:24). The Holy Spirit works in the hearts of humanity to draw unbelievers unto Christ, and to point us to the Word of God, where God’s Heart is declared. God’s Heart is what the Bibles says it is!
It doesn’t matter what men say or think, God’s Heart is what the Bible says it is: “Let God be true but every man a liar” (Rom.3:4a). The only way we can know or even conceive of God is through what Jesus Christ has declared of Him: “For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus” (1Tim.2:5). Just before His death, Philip asked Jesus to show them the Father. The Lord Jesus replied: “Have I been with you for so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?” (Jh.14:9).
At the Heart of God is Jesus Christ. His Heart is only accessible through knowing His Son. Jesus has declared God’s Heart: “For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave me a command, what should say and what I should speak” (Jh.12:49). Jesus came to declare and “live” the truth, God’s Heart. Bottom-line: To know the Heart of God, we need to know Jesus! Through Him, we enjoy perpetual access into the Heart of God – into the Father’s bosom!

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
