His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord – Matthew 25:21
Friend, you were created and designed to be PRODUCTIVE. Life is more about PRODUCTIVITY and FRUITFULNESS, than about PRESERVATION or mere ACTIVITY. Life is more than a flurry of activities, anxieties, ‘busy-ness’ and uncontrolled consumption.
Genesis 1:26-28 express God’s original four-fold Intent for Man:
• Fruitfulness – being productive with what God has given you.
• Multiplication – reproducing, increasing and becoming larger.
• Subduing – by cultivating to improve the quality of life.
• Dominion – exercising authority over the works of God’s hands.
Alas, most people are CONSUMERS rather than PRODUCERS!
PRODUCTIVITY is rooted in FAITHFULNESS! Faithfulness is not just the ability to maintain or preserve what you have, but the ability to INCREASE the value of what you have. The one-talent servant expended extra effort to dig the ground, bury, and preserve his talent, yet he was considered to be UNFAITHFUL – UNPRODUCTIVE!
Are you a CONSUMER, a PRESERVER or a PRODUCER?
A CONSUMER is someone is a waster: one who absorbs everything in sight, but never adds value to others. Everything stops in the hands of a consumer. A Consumer is an entrance only, never an exit! A PRESERVER simply maintains status-quo, but adds no value to life.
• Producers understand and maximize their value in life.
• Producers conceive ‘visions’ and give birth to ‘realities.’
• Producers are innovative: they cultivate, expand, influence their context, and impact their environment.
• Producers define how the lives of consumers should be!

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
