LIFE IS A TIMED ASSIGNMENT

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: – Philippians 3:14

Your LIFE is an ASSIGNMENT. God sent you on divine assignment to the world and to your generation. You have a unique purpose and distinct assignment or set of assignments and there is an appointment for it.

LIFE is an ASSIGNMENT – an instruction that God has empowered you to carry out. He has not given the same instruction to any other person. Noone else can fulfil that purpose the way you can. Your purpose and assignment preexisted your existence (Jeremiah 1:5-7; Galatians 1:10-12).

Also, your life is a packaged blessing and gift to the world, bearing your name alone.

LIFE Is a TIMED ASSIGNMENT (Eccl.3:1-10). Life exists in time. Time is the river of Life. God has given you Time as the medium for carrying out your life’s assignment. To every purpose, there is a timing; to every assignment, an appointment. To fulfill destiny, God packaged you in the entity called “Time”. You are a creature of eternity manifesting in and walking through Time.

The Bible uses two Greek terms to describe “Time”:
1. “Chronos” stands for time in terms of duration.
2. “Kairos” refers to set times, appointed times and proper times.

LIFE is a series of CRUCIAL MOMENTS. God wants us to begin to give respect to the kairos times locked up inside of our chronos times. Within the duration of time that God has packaged you into, there will be a few notable, significant, unique, appointed, set times. Missing them can spell the tragedy of a lifetime! In a major matter, no details are small! Life is a major matter; even the smallest moments are of immeasurable value!!
