But there is a spirit in man: and the INSPIRATION of the Almighty giveth them understanding – Job 32:8 (KJV)
The LIGHT of INSPIRATION from the Almighty generates INSIGHT for Impactful Living: But there is a spirit in man: and the INSPIRATION of the Almighty giveth them understanding” (Job 32:8). This scripture infers that Inspiration belongs to the Almighty God. It is that supernatural unveiling that was granted to the writers of Scriptures, which validated their writings: “All Scripture is given by INSPIRATION of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness” (2Tim.3:16). The Scriptures are products of divine Inspiration, not ‘dead’ and dry Intellectualism. Inspiration however did not cease with the Biblical canon. Inspiration has been releasing Insight to God’s people through the ages up till now. Indeed, the Church and Believers require Inspiration in these days of deception and pollution, more than ever before!
INSPIRATION is “the Spirit in motion” – the move of God’s Spirit upon our mental faculty: the supernatural stimulation of the soul (the mind, emotions and will). This was simulated when “the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters” at creation, provoking the unleashing of Light (Gen.1:2-3). Inspiration stirs the dimension of Wisdom called INSIGHT. As God’s Spirit brooded upon the face of the deep, the Light of Wisdom emerged to bring creative order into being: “The LORD by wisdom founded the earth; by understanding He established the heavens” (Pro.3:19). Psalm 104:24a declares: “O LORD, how manifold are Your works! IN WISDOM You made them all…” God’s creative Agent – Wisdom – resulted in nature’s balance and beauty. This Wisdom, packaged in Scriptures, has been delivered to humanity via the channel of Inspiration.
INSPIRATION is the breath of the Almighty moving upon our mentality to manifest a measure of divinity. It is the bridge to God’s “higher thoughts” and “higher ways” (Isa.55:8-9). Without the breath of the Almighty, dormancy and stagnancy prevail. Inspiration is the master key to supernatural intelligence for impactful living and maximized destiny. God’s Spirit in motion upon your mind empowers it for great feats. It grants access into depths of Wisdom: “Oh, the depths of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgements and His ways past finding out” (Rom.11:33).
The depths of wisdom refer to INSIGHT: that capacity to gain accurate and deep understanding of someone or something; the faculty of seeing into inner character or underlying truth. Insight – also called intuition, perception, discernment or acuity – is the clear, deep, and often sudden comprehension of a complicated problem or situation. INSIGHT can be described as – Inside Sight – the ability to see deep within and tap into your God-given inner spiritual and mental resources for resounding breakthroughs in life. Insight produces Impact! The Insight you have on a particular matter will to a large extent define the degree of impact you will make in that field. Insight comes from within to make indelible impact on the outside.
Although insight is an inside affair, enhanced by the Holy Spirit, it is strengthened through diligent study of God’s Word and other inspired resources. Positive response to God’s Word produces Insight for maximized impact. Insight is catalysed by a keen awareness of one’s field, upon which the divine spark alights. Insight never alights on indolent minds! Impact involves active, applied, dynamic, pragmatic, and reflective rumination. It takes effective questioning and curiosity to cultivate the wisdom of insight. Thomas Carlyle said: “Nothing is more terrible than activity without Insight”! God, our Creator and Maker, gives us Insight so that we can have positive and powerful Impact in all dimensions of our world, all for His Glory!
When you camp with the Holy Spirit in the atmosphere of inspiration, catalysed by worship and prayerful meditation, you’ll flow in supernatural insight (Eph.5:17-19). Remarkably, Inspiration does not discriminate: “I said ‘AGE should speak, and multitude of years should teach wisdom.’ But there is a spirit in man, and the BREATH of the Almighty gives him understanding. Great men are not always wise, nor do the aged understand justice” (vv. 32:7-9). This was young Elihu speaking to the older friends of Job, making a case for Inspiration.

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
