Multiplication of Words

Man was created in the image and likeness of God. God is a Spirit; therefore, man is a spirit-being. 1Thessalonians 5:23 reveals that: Man is a SPIRIT possessing a SOUL and packaged into a container…the BODY. A man’s words are therefore backed up by his person – that spirit-soul inside of the body.

I am one with my words. You are one with your words. Words do not exist in isolation. They are powerful projections of living personalities. The words we speak have living beings behind them…Man is product of this creative Word of God. Man himself began to speak words, communing with his Creator. In course of time, that old serpent – the devil – who had been expelled from heaven, intruded into the beautiful serenity of Eden. The serpent did not come gesticulating with his head or limbs; rather he simply spoke words. He projected his deceptive nature through his lying words.

As Adam and Eve listened to and obeyed the devil’s words, they fell like he had fallen; they lost fellowship with God; they died spiritually. As man became evil, his words also became evil. Over time, fallen men multiplied on the face of the earth…

Remember, words are more than mere arrangement of letters or alphabets. Words are more than languages. The power inherent in words, lies in the personalities backing them!
