“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, YES, I WILL HELP YOU…” – Isaiah 41:10a
God offers Believers several weighty PROMISES of DIVINE HELP: “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, YES, I WILL HELP YOU, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand” (Isa.41:10). This profound passage details God’s promises of divine help, hope, comfort, providence, power, protection, and peace for His people. Originally addressed to the Israelites in Babylonian exile, they were assured that despite their helpless "worm-like" state, God’s Presence guarantees Victory and Transformation.
First, God reminded Israel that they were His servants, chosen through Abraham, despite their shortcomings (vv.8;9). This was followed by a direct command not to fear because of His Presence, Strength, and upheld hand (v.10). He assured them of Victory over Foes: All who were enraged against His people would be ashamed, disgraced, and perish. He promised to hold their right hand, urging them not to fear (vv.11-13). The "worm" – lowly Jacob, would become an empowered, sharp “threshing instrument,” able to overcome all obstacles (vv.14-16). Ultimately, the Lord would turn barren, dry places into rivers, pools, and lush gardens, signifying His power to sustain them (vv.17-20).
Verse 10 is structured around two main commands – “Fear not,” “Be not dismayed” – and five specific, comforting reasons to trust.
“For I am with you”: God’s constant presence is the antidote to fear.
“Be not dismayed”: Refers to not looking around in terror or panic.
"For I am your God": A personal affirmation of relationship; He is not just "a" God, but "your" God.
"I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you": God provides inner power and external support.
"I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness": God's Power (right hand) and Justice (righteousness) will keep the believer from slipping or failing.
Standing on these biblical foundations, let us declare, in Jesus’ name:
I refuse to fear, for the Lord my God is with me in every situation. I am not dismayed by the threats of the enemy, for my God is in control.
I am God’s chosen servant and I will not be rejected. I receive divine strength to face all trials, for the Lord strengthens me from within.
I am upheld by God's righteous right hand, and will not stumble or fall. All who are enraged against me will be put to shame and disgraced.
Those who war against me shall become as nothing. I am transformed from a state of weakness to a “new, sharp threshing instrument."
My Creator, Redeemer, Defender, and the Holy One of Israel, will turn every barren, dry place into fountains of water and prosperity.
As I see, know, and understand what the Hand of the Lord has done in my life, I will rejoice in the Lord and glory in the Holy One of Israel.

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
