“He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bring forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither...”– Psalm 1:3a
There are immense RESULTS of WALKING with GOD: “Blessed is the man who WALKS NOT in the counsel pf the ungodly, nor stand in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bring forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper” (Psa.1: 1-3). A result is an outcome, a thing that’s produced by something else. Walking with God certainly has worthy results in our lives, which glorify God, and others often witness and celebrate.
Psalm 1 assures that those who walk with God will be fruitful. When we choose to not walk with the ungodly, stand in the path of sinners, or sit in the seat of the scornful, but commit to walk with God through His Word, we will bear fruit for His Kingdom. The lives of “walkers” with God will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water: They will be perpetually refreshed to remain fruitful. They will always produce much fruit in their appointed seasons and whatever they do will prosper. As believers, we should manifest fruits that glorify God and are obvious to others. The evidence of our relationship with God is – people see that God is in our lives.
Four key outcomes of Walking with God are: Kingdom fruits; the Fruit of the Spirit; divine comfort, and a life of obedience.
As we walk with God, we bear fruit for His Kingdom, serving Him with our gift and talents. Anyone who walks with God desires to serve Him because it brings a fulfilment that no other work does. Jesus affirmed in John 15:4 that without abiding in Him, we cannot bear fruit. It is not possible to do the work of God, unless we are in a relationship with Jesus Christ. We can live to please God and inspire others to know Him when we know Him well and are intimate with Him.
Walking with God, we manifest the Fruit of the Spirit: Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Gal.5: 22-23). The fruit of the Spirit becomes evident in our daily interactions with others. This is regardless of the circumstances we face because it is a product of the Spirit of God living in us. That’s why we can be joyful despite some challenges we’re going through, and others would wonder how we do it. The fruit of Joy that comes from the Holy Spirit explains this.
As we walk with God, we enjoy His Comfort: “Yea, though I WALK through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they COMFORT me” (Psa.23:4). He is always walking beside those who have chosen to walk with Him. He is going through every situation with us. He loves and cares for us and will always stand by our side. Walking with Him gives us the comfort of knowing that He is always there for us; and with open arms when we need a shoulder to lean on.
A life of Obedience results from walking with God. Those who walk with God obey Him no matter the cost. Even when there was an easy way out, they would still stick to God’s plan or instructions. It is not easy to live a godly life in the world. But with God, it is possible. We obey God only as we hear Him speak. Following His instructions will guide us aright from paths of destruction. A life of obedience to God is evident to others because they can see that we don’t do what others in the world do. Moreover, when we live in obedience before God, we make fewer mistakes, and we mostly make the right choices in life. What great results these are!

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
