Bible Meditation:
Psalm 111: 1-10

He has made His wonderful works to be remembered; the Lord is gracious and full of compassionPsalm 111:4

More than at any other time, the count-down to the end of a year is apt time to be THANKFUL FOR GOD’S BLESSINGS: The works of the Lord are great, studied by all who have pleasure in them. His work is honorable and glorious, and His righteousness endures forever.

He has made His wonderful works to be remembered; the Lord is gracious and full of compassion(Psa.111:2-4). Everyone has different reasons for being thankful. Some people are thankful for friends and family, others for their health or cherished possessions. We give thanks by reflecting on all of the things we’ve passed through, the small and the great things. There are numerous things to be thankful to God for – both the obvious and not so obvious blessings. Being thankful is a great way to lift our spirits and become more positive and healthier.

Thankfulness is one of life’s greatest virtues. It is a positive human emotion that is linked to better well-being, more success in relationships and general life satisfaction. We can practice and grow in the Attitude of Gratitude. Here are some blessings that I am thankful to God for:

I thank You Lord for the Gift of Life and for everything in my life – the lessons and the blessings, pain and pleasures.

I thank You Lord for blessing me with this day, this week, this month, and this year in my life.

I thank You Lord for everything He has given me; the tangible and intangible things that I value in life.

I thank You Lord for everyone He has brought into my life; the persons and relationships that I cherish in life.

I thank You Lord for my family, my friends, my acquaintances, my mentors and mentees, and everything I have.

I thank You Lord for the Helpers of Destiny who guide, help, and love me, and teach me practically how to love.

I thank You Lord for His kindness, guidance on life’s path, and the people in my life that love and appreciate me.

I thank You Lord for keeping me alive, sustaining me through trying times, and preparing me for better tomorrows.

I thank You Lord for my gifts of communication and speech, and the ability to express my gratitude in words.

I thank You Lord for all the experiences, good and bad, I have had in life; and the opportunity to learn from these.

I thank You Lord for blessing us with babies and seeing them through childhood and teenage, into responsible adulthood.

I thank You Lord for the gift of another day; another chance at life; sound, sane, and safe to take responsible decisions.

I thank You Lord for making me a person full of love and life; for loving me unconditionally; and capturing my heart in your possession.

I thank You Lord that Your Face is the first thing I see every morning and the last thing I think about before surrendering.

I thank You Lord for all of life’s questions which have helped me continue to learn about the past and understand how to act in the present.

I thank You Lord for divine defence, supernatural security, and perfect protection over my family, my friends and myself.

I thank You Lord for Your endless blessings, vibrant social life, a life of fulfilment, and greater Kingdom Impact.

I thank You Lord for all the blessings you have given Me throughout my life; I am truly grateful to have You as my Life-guide.

I thank You Lord for the gift of Time, for being appreciated of creating me and releasing me time

I thank You Lord for being there when I felt lonely and showed imperfections; yet You still loved me as though perfectly whole.

I thank You Lord for giving me a life worth living and a vision worth pursuing, without asking anything in return except my gratitude.

I thank You Lord for being who you are.; for reaffirming the idea of unconditional love whenever I am in doubt about it.

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
