“But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the DEEP THINGS of God” – 1 Corinthians 2:10
True INSIGHT for IMPACT comes through the Holy Spirit’s revelation, not from human intellect or worldly knowledge alone: “But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the DEEP THINGS of God” (1 Cor.2: 9-10). This statement of Apostle Paul has thrilled and intrigued Believers for many generations. As part of a more extensive teaching about the difference between human wisdom and divine wisdom, Paul borrowed from the book of Isaiah: “For since the beginning of the world men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen any God besides You, Who acts for the one who waits for Him!” (Isa.64:4).
The Believers in Corinth were relying on human wisdom to deal with conflicts in the church. They were valuing worldly intellect and philosophy above the Christian message. Specifically, no ordinary human eyes had seen the revelation of God in the Person of Jesus Christ. No unregenerated ears had heard and received the truth in the Gospel message of salvation. No unenlightened minds had perceived the mysteries of God, for they are beyond human thinking. True wisdom and Divine Insight that pierce the senses can only be received and understood through a special revelation from the Spirit of God: “For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God” (v.10).
In essence, intimacy with the Holy Spirit is necessary to grasp the depth of God's Secrets, which is often hidden from those who rely solely on worldly intelligence. Divine Insight is revealed through the Holy Spirit’s work within a Believer (vv.12-14). It is only discerned by the spiritually mature. To be "spiritual" is to be guided by the Holy Spirit to discern and interpret spiritual truths. People without the Holy Spirit are considered "natural" and far from Divine Insight. Just as the Corinthians relied on worldly wisdom, many Christians today still search in all the wrong places for Insight, thinking they are making wise decisions, but all the while ignoring the counsel of God’s Word. Like Paul admonished the Corinthians, God calls us today “to grow up in all things into Him who is the head – Christ” (Eph.4:15).
Although our minds cannot fully grasp the amazing blessings God has in store for His children, He wants to do so much more for us, in us, and through us if we let Him have His way: “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen” (Eph.3: 20-21).

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
