Whatever a man sows, that he will also reap – Galatians 6:7
Every FRUIT is a product of a SEED. The Seed-Fruit order is an established principle in creation. There can never be fruit without preceding seed: “And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding FRUIT AFTER HIS KIND, whose SEED IS IN ITSELF, upon the earth: and it was so” (Gen.1:11). The nature of the seed determines that of the fruit. Seeds are in the fruit and more fruits come from the seed: that’s the mysterious cycle of creation.
Adapting this metaphor from the realm of farming, Paul in Galatians 6, stressed the significance of sowing positive, God-honouring seeds: “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap” (Gal.6:7). This infers that, the person who sows carnal, flesh-exalting seeds will reap fruits of corruption; while someone who sows to the spirit will reap life-enhancing, eternally-impactful fruits. Seeds could be sown in diverse forms: there are seeds of thoughts, imagination, beliefs, values, words, decisions, actions, and behaviour. Each of these would produce fruits after its kind.
The reality is that each of us has always been sowing seeds in life, by everything we think, say, and do. The seeds you sow today – in kind and manner – determine the kind of fruit you’ll reap tomorrow. You may not experience the fruit of God’s blessings if you fail to recognize your responsibility of sowing the right seeds and sowing them rightly. Whatever you may desire to have from God, it is good to ponder what seeds He expects from you. Then, begin to sow the appropriate seeds of thoughts, words, responses, and actions. In due season, God will give you the increase (1Cor.3:6). The fruits you’ll reap will come from the good seed you sow each day. What seeds will you sow today? May you reap fruits of Life in Jesus name!

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
