LOVE, PEACE AND PROSPERITY

“Pray for the PEACE of Jerusalem: “May they PROSPER who LOVE you” – Psalm 122:6

THE LANGUAGE OF LOVE

“Owe no one anything except to LOVE ONE ANOTHER, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law” – Romans 13: 8

LOVE FOR THE WORLD

“DO NOT LOVE the WORLD or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him” – 1 John 2:15

While meditating on LOVE, it is needful to place LOVE for the WORLD in proper perspective: “DO NOT LOVE the WORLD or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him” (1Jh.2:15). This command is supported by three incentives for not loving the world – its systems, patterns, sinful and lustful desires.

LOVE – FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT

“But the FRUIT of the SPIRIT is LOVE, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law” – Galatians 5: 22-23

CHRIST’S UNFAILING LOVE

“Who shall separate us from the LOVE of CHRIST? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?” – Romans 8:35

DIVERSE KINDS OF LOVE

“Then Amnon hated her exceedingly, so that the hatred with which he hated her was greater that the LOVE with which he had loved her…” – 2 Samuel 13:15a

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
