Bible Meditation:
Psalm 19: 1-14

Let the words of my mouth and the MEDITATION of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my strength and my redeemer – Psalm 19: 14 (NKJV)

The words of Scripture are living words (Heb.4:12). They are God’s eternal Wisdom encapsulated in the casing of human words. God wants us to “crack” these casings and begin to unveil and discover the rich wealth of wisdom contain therein, for our practical understanding and personal application. This can be achieved as we meditate on Scripture. Colossians 3:16 admonishes: “Let the Word of God dwell in you richly in all WISDOM…” Scriptural meditation will make the Word of God to “dwell in you” and become a source of wisdom in your spirit, mind, will, and emotions.

There is nothing life requires that God’s word has not made provisions for. His wisdom is packaged in the Book! Until it is revealed, it cannot be released or received. Wisdom derives from Revealed truth, not reasoned-out or rationalized facts. Revelation of truth, when applied, makes you a rock – established and immovable in that area of life (Psa.125: 1). The surest road to wisdom is not speculation, reasoning, or engaging in human philosophies, but meditation in the Word of God. The surest way to be spiritually rich is “mine God’s Mind” through meditation, and gather pearls from His heavenly treasures!

Divine Wisdom is contacted through Meditation and Word-Addiction. The pursuit of Wisdom is comparable to the longing for honey: “My son, eat honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to your taste: So shall the knowledge of wisdom be to your soul: when you have found it, then there shall be a reward, and your expectation will not be cut off” (Pro.24:13-14). The Psalmist had similar longing for the Word: “More to be desired are they than  gold, Yea than much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb” (Psa.19:10). Wisdom comes through the devotion of meditation. Isaac’s expectation was met as he “went out to meditate in the field at the eventide: and he lifted up his eyes” (Gen.24:63).

The Word of God is the Wisdom of God. In particular therefore, Wisdom is accessed through biblical meditation (Jos.1:8). As you meditate, the Holy Spirit will teach you the ways of God, the ways of Wisdom, through His Word (Jh.16:13). The Bible describes the Blessed Believer: But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in His law does he meditate day and night” (Psa.1:2). Whatever increases your Word-base increases your Wisdom and Kingdom-results. The greatest enrichment is Word-enrichment: the revelation of the truth; insight into the riches of God; and access into divine secrets. Love the Word. Cherish the Word. Hunger and thirst for the Word. Be addicted to the Word. Meditate in the Word. Live by the Word!

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
