LIFE IS A MATTER OF CHOICES

And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God: – Ruth 1:16

LIFE is a matter of CHOICES. Your destiny is more subject to your choices than to chance. It is through CHOICE, not CHANCE, that you frame your future. It is more by Choice than by Chance, that you determine your destiny. This is one Key to your future: YOU CAN STILL CHOOSE!

PROGRESS – SIGN OF LIFE

But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day – Proverbs 4:18

God has programmed His creatures, and in particular, His children for progress in all dimensions of existence. Physical growth, mental maturity and psychological development, all indicate progress in one form or the other. Every living thing grows; or else it is dying! Irrespective of whether it is slow, steady, gradual, or rapid, every opportunity for progress is preferable to redundancy or stagnancy.

THE BREAD OF LIFE (2)

“…The crowds wanted to know what work they had to do to obtain the ‘bread’ (or meat) which Jesus could give. The answer was very simple. They were to, ‘Believe in Him Whom God had sent’ – the Lord Jesus.

Bread is easy to eat, but it is useless if not eaten. It will not do any good if we just stare at the loaf. Just as we have to EAT bread for it to do us any good, so we have to come personally to Jesus believing that He loved us and died for us, and ask Him to forgive us and make us His children…

THE BREAD OF LIFE (1)

And Jesus said unto them, I am the BREAD of LIFE: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst – John 6:35

He was saddened because the crowds who chased after Him were only interested in seeing something spectacular at a physical, human level…

THE UNIFIED LIFE – THE TOTAL LIFE

Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God – 1 Corinthians 10:31

“One of the greatest hindrances to internal peace which the Christian encounters is the common habit of dividing our lives into two areas – the sacred and the secular. As these areas are conceived to exist apart from each other and to be morally and spiritually incompatible, and as we are compelled by the necessities of living to be always crossing back and forth from the one to the other, our inner lives tend to break up so that we live a divided instead of a UNIFIED LIFE.

THE FOCUSED LIFE (2)

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God – Hebrew 12:2

The power of focus is a key success skill for a life of fruitfulness and fulfilment. Outside of focus, there is confusion, fatigue and frustration. The benefits of focus are many and significant. Here are few:

Focus makes you to SEE what others merely OBSERVE. Revelations thrive on concentration! It takes focus to encounter unique discoveries.

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he – Proverbs 29: 18

Life doesn’t just happen. Life is not a practice session; it is the real thing. It is all about CHOICES and RESPONSES. Successful people don’t drift to the top – whether in the secular or the spiritual realms. It takes focused action and discipline, under divine favour. However, the modern world – with TV, the Internet, social media, fashion and fads – overwhelms us with ceaseless change and an endless array of choices.

LIFE…A GIFT FROM GOD

To the person who pleases Him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to the sinner He gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind – Ecclesiastes 2: 26, NIV

Our Vision

The vision of KCOM is that:
