A desire accomplished is sweet to the soul… – Proverbs 13:19a
When God created Man in His Image and likeness, He also built into him Desires that would give him Accomplishment in every area of life, such as: desires for self-preservation, security, companionship, significance, well-being, joy, authority, power, and oneness with his Maker. These have resulted in all kinds of vocations and institutions in the world today. For example, agricultural and food industries meet self-preservation needs; real estate, insurance, and investment businesses try to meet security needs; marriages, churches, associations, and clubs, the companionship desire; educational, fashion and luxury outfits, the desire for significance; health institutions, the desire for well-being; and governments, the desire for authority.
Desire is a sound scriptural principle (Psa.37:4; Pro.13:12,19). It is the dynamic motivation behind every worthwhile venture. Even faith derives from desire (Heb.11:1). Desire is not inherently evil. The problem is usually with the object or motive: “the desire of the slothful kills him; for his hands refuse to labor” (Pro.21:25). God acceded to Israel’s lust and they lost out (Psa.78:29). With Man’s fall, Satan and Sin complicated matters, such that the ease with which Man could find fulfilment and receive his desires, was replaced with sweat and difficulty (Gen.3:19). We now have an opponent to contend with in actualizing our desires.
Every God-inspired desire has a God-ordained object of Accomplishment. How then can we pursue God-given desires that’ll lead to God-ordained fulfilment? A few classes of what we should desire can be deduced from Deuteronomy 28: 1-13.
Desire is the root of fulfilment; your desire will lead you to its object of fulfilment. Every God-inspired desire has a God-ordained provision; but it must be defined to become actualized. Many desires remain unfulfilled because they are vague, weak, and unspecific. In what area of life do you need blessing or establishment? In addition, real desires are never silent. Your deepest desires will provoke words. Begin to speak your expectations into manifestation; first to yourself and then to others. Share them boldly with those who can genuinely help you to achieve them. Avoid people who seek to shrink, edit or delete your divine desires. Finally, all of God’s blessings are premised on total obedience to His Word. Become both a Declarer and a Doer of God’s Word, and enter into the Sweetness of Accomplishment – Fulfilled Desires!

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
