Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labour – Ecclesiastes 4:9
There is a divine Origin to Marriage, Home, and Family (Gen. 2:18-25). God, not Man, instituted and designed marriage for the GOOD of humanity (v.18). God made for Adam, not a mere mate, but a help-mate (v.18,20). The making of the woman involved a complex, mysterious, divine surgical work. God put Adam to deep sleep, and took Eve from his ribs, indicating: closeness to his heart and her need for a covering. The woman was to be appreciated, cherished, and valued by the man as his treasured companion. Together, the couple operated in dominion, until the serpent intruded into their domain.
Satan is still on a rampage, infiltrating homes, wrecking marriages, and destroying families. He attacks: to nullify divine order; to inject occult influence; and to destroy relationships, finances, and health, using deception, accusation, and slander (Gen.3:1-10). The devil thrives on ignorance, hence our chief weapons of dominion on the home-front are knowledge, wisdom and understanding (Pro.24:3-6). To overcome the invasions of worldly ideas about marriage, home, and family, we must understand and be ready and willing to obey God’s laws and principles. Therein lies our fulfilment and dominion.
The home is meant to be a haven of rest and a base of stability for all other aspects of life. Unfortunately, many homes have turned into boxing rings and sources of depression and hypertension. Marriage can be marvellous, almost like heaven on earth, and one of life’s greatest joys. Alas, many marriages have turned out to be miserable, characterized by shattered emotions, broken hearts, and bruised consciences that leave bitter memories. These are contrary to dominion! When dominion is in place, marriage will multiply grace: “two are better than one” and “two put ten thousand to flight” (Dt.32:30).
The secret of dominion in the home is to know, understand, and apply God’s unfailing principles. Husband and wife must both seek first the kingdom of God, loving Him with all their being (Mt.6:33). The husband must learn to love his wife as Christ loves the church – sacrificial, constructive, constant, complete love (Eph.5:25). The wife must also learn to love her husband, with submission (Eph.5:22). Parents must love their children, maintain discipline, while not provoking them to anger (Eph.6:4). Children must honor their parents by obeying them from the heart (Eph.6:2). As we commit to obeying God’s Instructions, our marriages, homes, and families shall experience multiplied grace in Jesus name!

The vision of KCOM is that:
"the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the seas" (Habakkuk 2:14).
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the Glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).
